Outstanding Lakefront home- Bomoseen Vermont- 3 BR, 4 Baths. Views galore!

New to VRBO but not to hosting (see my reviews on other sites). I was born and raised on the upper west side of Manhattan in New York. I still love New York, but living in Vermont is amazing. My husband and I moved to Vermont about 30 years ago, and we love the clean air, nature, wide-open spaces, quiet, and relaxed lifestyle. Shortly after moving to the Rutland area, we discovered Lake Bomoseen and bought our first boat. Day trips to the lake always felt like a mini vacation. We dreamed of having a home on the lake, and after years of looking, we finally found the right spot. The location was superb, but the house- not . Since my background is in home design and construction, it was obvious what needed to be done. I removed the old cottage and re-built it bigger and better with all the amenities we desired. Our long term plan is to claim this as our primary residence, but for now it is our vacation home. We are happy to share this spectacular setting with our guests.

This clean, contemporary house is located in a quiet part of the lake-away from the Route 30 traffic, and the roar of speedboats. There are expansive lake views to the south, north, and east. Outdoor spaces to relax and play include 900 sf of decks and porches, a large flat lakeside grassy area, and 2 boat docks (May-Oct). 2 Canoes and 1 kayak to use. Great fishing and Bird watching! Two beaches- Chrystal Beach and Bomoseen State Park are nearby.

Amenities not often found in Lake Bomoseen rentals include an attached garage, zoned central heat/AC, 2 king suites, cell phone service, dedicated work space, and a built-in Sonos sound system for unlimited internet music enjoyment.
