This home features panoramic lake views, breathtaking sunrises, and weed-free gradual depth swimming. This vintage lake home is truly a Charmer with 3 bedrooms, 1 & 3/4 bathrooms, an enclosed porch, living room, laundry room, finished basement, and a fully renovated kitchen (2024). The house is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. For your enjoyment, this lakeside retreat includes a very nice dock for your boat or relaxing, a swim raft, a size-able yard, and an outdoor firepit. There is great swimming with a beautiful deck at the lake shore with plenty of outdoor seating! It is a great spot for fishing or Fall foliage enthusiasts. Come and make some special memories at this beautiful home on Lake Bomoseen.

I have been enjoying Lake Bomoseen since I was 3 months old, with annual family vacations traveling initially from Long Island. With my move from Long Island to Florida many years ago for professional reasons, my annual Lake Bomoseen vacations continued. Most of those years, our family were renters but I knew I wanted to own a place on the lake someday; not just any lake as there are many lakes more convenient to where I live, but on Lake Bomoseen. My dream came true when I purchased this amazing lakefront property and we now get to enjoy it several times a year. It is a lot of work to maintain a second home and from a distance, but it has been well worth it.
