Centrally located, you will be staying on the edge of the UofA campus, near Dickson Street that has live music, restaurants and the Walton Arts Center. You will be a few minutes from the Fayetteville square, home of the holiday "Lights of the Ozarks" and a seasonal weekend farmer's market. You will have your own private drive & entrance, with quick access to I-49.

Enjoy the, comfy leather couch, queen poster bed, claw foot tub & art pieces displayed in this space. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the relaxing times you want to stay in.

Great place in Fayetteville

Unique place to stay really close to campus. Would definitely stay there again in the future. Great communication with property managers and they were very welcoming.

Location amazing & amazing hospitality

We were delighted to stay close to campus and to the square. They have thought of every detail/item you may need while staying. And, most importantly, it has THE MOST gracious host!

Relaxing weekend

Such a relaxing visit. The accommodation were lovely. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need to stay in and the location of the apartment was such you could go out just as easily. The bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.

Don’t believe everything you read on listing

Door lock is not functioning properly. I sent a message and did not receive a response back until 4 hours later. They show beautiful pictures of the front of the units but you are renting the basement with strong mildew smell. Listing mentions a hot tub but that was empty and not working. Beer cans littered all over. You can hear everything from the upstairs neighbor including conversations and playing of guitar. It was in a great location and overall clean minus the beer cans.

Stayed here for football weekend. Great location! Only a few blocks to campus. Unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Great Place - Close to Razorback Stadium

My husband and I stayed here for the Garth Brooks concert. The communication from the hosts, accommodations, and location was all great! I would definitely stay here again!
