Amazing condo!

This condo is so comfortable and well-appointed! Even though a Dickson is a bustling street, the condo itself is quiet and super easy to access. And if you’d like a bit more Dickson street ambiance, the patio is the perfect spot to watch the world go by. I will definitely book again!

Our 2nd stay

Great property and enjoyed our stay. Only issues were parking spot mislabeled and fitted bed sheet does not fit. It came off the corners on both sides each of the three nights.

Great Place, Great Location

If you want to enjoy the Dickson Street scene, this is THE place. My partner and I stayed here for Pride weekend and it is steps away from everything. Super cozy and bigger than i was expecting from the photos. We had an issue with the AC and Kevin had a tech over to fix it within an hour. Highly recommend!

Dickson Street Adventure

Great location. 10-15 minute walk to campus and square. Perfect location for visiting campus and great access to Dickson Street without the headache of parking. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome location

Very comfortable and convenient for a night out on Dickson. Simple and easy parking with access near the room. Once we parked we didn’t get in the car until we left. Would recommend to anybody

We stayed the night for my niece’s graduation. It was perfect for relaxing prior to and in between events. The location and price for all included is well worth it. This was our second time and it will not be our last!

My wife and I rented this condo to visit our daughter at college. Great location, get to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity. Would definitely rent again.

College visit

We had a quick stay here when we came in town to visit the University of Arkansas campus for a college visit. The place was in a great location and within walking distance of just about anything you would need or want on a visit here. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Couldn’t have been more perfect

The apartment was conveniently located and was just darling! We were very comfortable, everything was clean & welcoming. Our 2nd trip to Fayetteville and we will stay here again if we can.
