Comunikation mit dem Gastgeber war mangelhaft und häufig entsprachen Info nicht der Richtigkeit. Die Türen erfüllten noch nicht einmal ihre Funktion man konnte sie schwer of gar nicht schließen und man konntedichein

Stranded Upon Arrival - Couldnt not check in on the 1st day . (Terrible 1st Day & Rushed last Day)t

This was the most terrible experience for my family . Upon Arrival the Host indicated that she was not expecting us and also not aware of our booking and stay . We provided all the evidence and payment schedule provided by Vrbo, including final confirmation of our stay . The host was very hostile and later offered to provide alternative accommodation , which was far from the apartment we had chosen in the first place . The alternative accommodation was far below our requirements and expectations , but we had to put up with it in view of our desperate circumstances. We only checked in on the 2nd day , and had lost significant hours of our Holiday . On the last day we were supposed to check out at 10am , but at 8am some people just budged into our apartment indicating that they assumed we had check out the previous night , we felt so insecure and the check out process rushed. There was no proper handover process of the property to check for breakages and damaged property and agree before moving in . No proper checkout procedures were done , before we moved out , since the process was rushed and some people were already waiting at our door , for us to move out . I do not wish to experience this again . A very traumatic experience for me and family .
