Change your clocks to "Island Time" and unwind in one of the best beachside locations in New Smyrna Beach–just a 30 second walk to the gorgeous no-drive beach! This one-of-a-kind 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house offers relaxed digs with beautifully appointed modern Balinese island decor, for the perfect getaway. Recreate your favorite meals seaside in the fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen or unwind after a fun-filled day at the beach in the private fenced yard with inviting fire pit!

A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at front door.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Great home just steps away from the beach! Our pets really enjoy the ample space in the yard and we enjoyed the convenience of having the beach right across the street. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. We had a wonderful stay!!

This place was a cute spot for us and our friends, they brought their two little dogs and there was a fenced yard and a nice gas fire pit to hang out at in the evening. Very clean. We wanted to stay another night and management text me back right away and they were very accommodating.

Very nice rental. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beach was easily accessible with a crosswalk very close to the rental unit. The backyard was perfect for our dogs to have some time in the sun. We loved our stay.

Nice getaway by the beach!

Walk from the beach, minutes from restaurants and downtown and dunes park for dogs. Nice seating in backyard and all needs onsite make for a great spot to stay!

Perfect setting

We stayed here with one other couple and it was a perfect setting for us. Very clean and comfortable. It was also within walking distance to the beach and several nice places to eat.

Perfect Stay

This is our second time staying at one of their properties and as before it was perfect! Great yard for our dogs, doggie bags supplied in the yard was a bonus. Loved the crosswalk in front of the house straight to the beach. Will definitely be booking again!!

This was a perfect place for a birthday weekend getaway with our friends and pup. The house is so cute, very clean, and had everything we needed. I loved the property and hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The management company was so attentive, and the property was perfect for us. Beautiful kitchen, the entire space is so open and feels much larger than it is. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and proximity to anywhere we wanted to go… but for our stay we enjoyed the backyard and having space for our pups to enjoy it also. We are already thinking about when we can book another stay.

Good time in NSB

Great spot close to the beach, house was very clean, well equipped and updated. Does not require full weekly rental from sat-sat so this worked perfect for our schedule!

it was a lovely stay the place is perfect and has alot of space and nicely furnished. The one exception is for the bright front door light shining into the window both nights and no way to turn it off the switch would not turn it off as if it were purposely flickering and then staying on. There were no drapes in the room to block the bright light. Impossible to sleep. It needs drapes or the light needs to be able to be turned off. We also had to get a lighter for the fire pit might want to leave a few in the unit. again lovely place and nice gas firepit in back yard. Convenient. to chases on the beach and easy to get to everything!

Hi Janet! We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We apologize that the light wasn't able to be turned off in the outside entryway during your stay--after some investigating, we found that one of the 3 way switches that controls it had cracked inside, leading it to not function correctly. Had we been advised of this issue during your stay, we would've gladly addressed it immediately. Rest assured, that issue has been fixed today (03/30/26) and additional lighters have been added to the property for the fire pit operation.

As such, we generally recommend guests with pets bring pet beds with them to make sure they're feeling right at home during their stay, too. First I must say that the communication with the host was truly amazing. From the first inquiry to the response when asking for a couple of additional items, was beyond my expectations. This is the second time we rented this home. Loved our 2 night Stay! The location of the home is close to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Everything was very clean and the backyard is perfect for pets. The only problem we encountered was the handle on the sliding glass door was loose and coming apart. We recommend this property and will rent again the next time we come to New Smyrna.

Perfect spot for dogs

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here. Property was very clean and excellent for dogs with the fenced in yard. Lots of room for all and kitchen had good supplies and equipment. Close to beach - just have to cross A1A and few steps to beach. We didn’t use the beach equipment but it looked decent. Only minor thing and I stress minor…not many hangers for clothes. Will definitely stay her again.
