About this space
Conveniently located beach cottage just steps from the beach and Flagler Avenue with all the bars, restaurants, and shops. This cute beachside home has been recently updated and is fully equipped for your beach town getaway in NSB. This home sleeps up to 4 furnished with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic essentials including a coffee maker, blender and pots and pans. There is a Smart TV in the living room with cable service through Spectrum. Dining table seats 6 . There is a washer and dryer on site. Backyard has a back deck with a table for dining. Backyard is great for your morning coffee, afternoon beverage, or dining under the stars. Come visit us at Cottage By The Sea for your next New Smyrna Beach adventure!

Driveway and side of house parking will accommodate at least 3 vehicles.
Other things to note
This house is just a short 3-5 minute walk to all Flagler Ave Shops and the beach.

We stayed at this Cedar Ave property this past weekend and really enjoyed it. The home is super cute and has been thoughtfully updated. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and well put together.The location is a big win. It was easy to walk or bike to Canal Street, Flagler Avenue, and the beach, which made the whole trip feel relaxed and convenient.Overall, a great spot for a weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

This was exactly what we were looking for, awesome location, the backyard was great to.kick back after a day on the beach. House itself was very clean and orderly. We had a blast and dont be surprised if we dont book again next year.

2nd time staying here. Perfect location for beach and Flagler all very short walking distance. Cottage is well appointed and clean. Will stay again!

Great location and great communication by host. Would highly recommend. Came for the craft beer walk and we were able to walk to Flagler Avenue and beach - both minutes away. Great back deck area to hang out on. Renovation going on at house behind but that could not be helped. I would stay here again!

Place was perfect location and recently remodeled. A hickup with the cleaning service was quickly addressed by host. Nice place.

Location, location, location! Perfect size home and patio for our half-week stay. Everything at this home was thought of. I loved the on-site parking, private back patio, super close to the beach and shops. When it started raining on the beach, we were a hop skip from the house and got home in minutes on foot. Safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors. I’d definitely stay here again if we come back to NSB. Owner was very easy and quick to get in touch with. 10/10.
