Make yourself at home at this homey, second-floor corner condo conveniently situated only two miles from the vast stretch of sand and tidepools on the Atlantic coast. When you're not out basking on the sand, relax and watch the world go by from the spacious L-shaped screened porch - one of only two in the complex. It's furnished for your comfort, and the outdoor table is a great place to enjoy a meal. Prepare something delicious at the comprehensive kitchenette, or bring back your favorite seaside eats from one of the nearby restaurants.

You'll find an abundance of entertainment before you even leave the property. The on-site rec center hosts an indoor pool, sauna, pool table, and basketball court.

Things to Know
The community pool is closed from January through March and reopens in April. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Can't beat Maine!

The overall stay was great. Just a few issues with housekeeping and a minor toilet issue. Upon our arrival, we noticed there was still trash in kitchen trash can, about half full. There was also still a used bar of soap in the shower. The float in the toilet kept getting stuck so water wouldn't refill the bowl, we had to fix it everytime we flushed the toilet. The stove also didn't work. The owner left us a note letting us know and that Vacasa was supposed to let us know. We did not hear from Vacasa. But when in Maine for vacation who cooks anyway! You honestly could not beat the screened in porch!

Family memories

I was skeptical at first when I read all the previous reviews but I took a chance anyway. I fell in love. It is a cute little room and just what we needed. Sure it was a little out dated but it was great for what we needed. The a/c worked great and there was a fan to circulate the air. We had plenty of room to dry out our clothes after going to the beach and pool. The pool was always quiet and not packed. It was indoors so if we had a rain day it was a perfect spot to stay and play. The area was quiet and peaceful. Friendly neighbors but not a lot of people around. There was a small playground but it was infested with mosquitoes so we didn’t play long. My only complaint was that the kids channels didn’t work but other than that everything was great. We were able to relax out on the deck and enjoy ourselves. There was even little games for the kids and books for a bed time story. This was a perfect spot for my husband, two little kids (4 & almost 2) and I. We will definitely be coming back to this lovely place.

Out dated.

Other than the extra space with the deck, I wouldn’t rent this unit again. It was old, original everything. The rug was old and worn out. I opened up the kitchen table to fold it down, and food crumbles were all inside. Gross. We used the “pull out couch” it was old and uncomfortable.. ended up using air mattresses. We have rented multiple units at the Wellington manor, but this one by far was the most out dated unit they have. A couple of upgrades, it would be 110% better.

not a good place

the place was not clean, the beds were bad, the whole apartment was in disrepair, the electrical system needs fixing, the toaster did not work, the light in the kitchen would just go off and you would have to play with switch to get back on, there was no iron, overall this place sucked!

Perfect with one exception

Everything was perfect except it was tough to get through on the phone. Was on hold for over 30 min between 3 calls (kept getting disconnected). Once I sent a text I got a response.
