This downtown waterfront condo has so much character and is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Grand Haven. Right outside your door you will find the best shopping boutiques, restaurant’s, unique bars and much more entertainment! This prime location stay is only a short walk from Michigan’s white sandy beaches! Watch our top rated fireworks, nightly musical fountains, and the most luxurious boats travel the channel from our rooftop deck. We also have a private waterfront deck outside your door! In addition to the comfortable bed we also have a large (queen+) sleeper sofa in the living room where we can accommodate a possible 4 person rental. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils- perfect for your vacation stay! Start your morning with a cup of coffee and a walk down the pier to Grand Haven’s breathtaking historic lighthouse.

We had a great mini vacation staying in your condo in Grand Haven. We used it as our base, and ventured to Saugatuck, Holland and Muskegon. We walked the pier and hit a few of the shops in downtown GH. Thank you for allowing us to use your place for our getaway.

Wow this place was amazing!!! The cute place the amazing piano building. It was a veey cold November week and we did not have to leave the building to go to.bar or restaurant. Would.come again in the warmer months. Thank you for the beautiful memories.

The location is close to everything. The balcony has a nice view plus there is a beautiful patio on the 4 th flour overlooking the water. We could walk to the pier, shop, and eat. The neighborhood appeared safe and all around people were friendly. It was easy to get around. We would definitely stay again!! It was very clean and quiet too!!

Perfect location. The building was so cool. Walking distance to restaurants, lake/river boardwalk and ice cream. Plenty of walking trails within a 15 minute walk.

Great location to access downtown Grand Haven. It is walking distance to enjoy musical fountain and farmers market. Extra treat of watching the coming and going of freighter on Grand River from balcony

This is a great prperty but the location is what really makes it. Easy walking distance to everything. Host was very řesponsive. Enjoyed the deck space too. Would come back again.

Overall, very nice. Wish we could have viewed the channel better but over grown Tree in front of the balcony blocked the view. Also chairs on the balcony were too low to see over the railing. Chairs needed to be taller. Chairs on roof top deck need to be taller to see over the railing and watch the musical fountain.

Great place in a great location!

The condo was just as described. Very clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to everything in the downtown area, even with 2 young children. Only a couple of minute drive to the beach. Check in/check out was easy and straight forward. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

Our family loved our stay at this property. It was a great spot for my family for a week. Great location, able to walk to the shops on the main strip and able to walk through the building to OddSide Ales and SideBar Coffee.
