Impeccably maintained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo conveniently located on the 1st floor with beautiful golf views. Pet & smoke free. Condo sleeps 6 people ( king bed, queen bed & queen sofa pull out). Newer flooring and 3 smart TV's with Cable. Nicely furnished, fully equipped with all you need to enjoy beautiful Florida. This unit is located in a 24 hour Security in a gated community.
Walking distance to the pool across from the unit as well as the clubhouse that features a large main pool, hot tub, fitness room & dining. Clubhouse offers many social events. Conveniently located with ONLY a 20 minute drive to both Naples, Marco Island beaches and ONLY 15 mins to downtown Naples.

Benefits of staying at this Condo- Magnificent gated community, with wonderful amenities, main pool & hot tub with Great Outdoor dining & an additional pool located directly across the condo. The golf course is spectacular with an amazing golf range Stay busy on the property with Tennis Courts, Bocce Ball Courts or an evening stroll enjoying well manicured landscape. ONLY 20 mins to Marco Island & ONLY 15 mins to Downtown Naples & right off 75. Main express to airports & other wonderful places in Naples.
