Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Great location directly next door to the Flora-Bama and across the street from restaurants.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



This is a Premium unit. Come relax on the spacious 14th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are two full sized beds in the 2nd bedroom and a full over full bunk in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry with a separate ice maker! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

This condo was beautiful ! Super clean, amazing views of the ocean on the 14th floor! The king bed was so comfy and the bathrooms were so nice ! The kitchen was lovely and well stocked. Even the couches in the living room were super comfy. The property was well maintained and parking was easy. Will definitely try to stay in this unit again!

Wonderful condo! Everything in condo you could ever need! Very large space for family, comfortable beds, great view. Excellent location will definitely like to book again! Resort is wonderful. Owner provided 2 beach chairs for our use.

It was a good stay with family everything was clean in the unit and for the most part everything worked as it should. However we did have some issues out of the middle bathroom with water pressure and the toilet but just a small hiccup for a overall good experience.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved this condo and location. It was completely updated and had amazing views. Plenty of space for 6 of us. We loved having coffee in the mornings on the balcony watching dolphins, spending the day at the beach and walking to Flora-bama next door in the evenings. Would 100% stay here again.

Amazing views

The views from the balcony were amazing and the ocean was clear blue by the beach. The sand was also amazing white sand. Condo was very nice and spacious and that room for everyone to do their own thing. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great condo

This was a nice condo but the floors were not clean at all! We had a one year old crawler that had black knees within minutes of our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and updated condo. The condo could have cleaner as the floors needed to be mopped and there was sand on the comforters. We definitely needed more towels for the bathrooms and kitchen. Dryer was not working, so we reported the issue and they came out the following day to look at it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Excellent beach condo

The condo was newly remodeled and had very comfortable beds, very spacious and a beautiful view. We had a fantastic time even with rain on 3 of our days because we had Flor Bama next door with live music. There are several great restaurants within a mile of the condo.

Great condo!

Nice and roomy for 3 adults. Great weather on top of that. Loved the view from being up so high, but just wished we could've stayed longer. All in all, just a comfy stay!

Great beach front condo

Great location and condo, better than we expected from the ad pictures. Our family definitely felt at home in this comfortable, quiet, and obviously recently renovated condo with everything upgraded and new.

Nice place, great view and friendly staff. Only thing we had a small issue with was the bathroom in the hallway. Toilet ran constantly and the fan did not work if you wanted to take a shower. Other than that the condo was wonderful.

Phenomenal Stay

The property is newly renovated, modern, comfortable with astonishing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. I highly recommend it for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. There are indoor and outdoor pools and the beach is fabulous. The property manager’s responses were within minites. It was the perfect stay!

Amazing views !

I had a wonderful stay ar rhis property the locarion was great and the property was spacious. We had an issue with the dryer and the communication was responsive.and quick. Maintance was there the same day and the problem waa corrected. We enjoyed our stay very much. !

Perfect location

What you see is what you get. Everything was up to date and in working order like we expect. The condo is clean and ready to hit the ground running when you arrive. This condo is in such a sweet spot also when it comes to restaurants. We honestly besides the interior booked this condo for the view and it did not disappoint. We really appreciate the owners for allowing us to use this gem for a week. Till next time!

Completely updated unit at the Phoenix 10! So nice !

This is a great Phoenix 10 unit! I've stayed here a number of times over the years for mullet toss. Usually the rooms have popcorn ceilings and are nice but a little outdated. This room however is completely updated and decorated as nicely as anything you can find in orange beach. Also the master bedroom king bed mattress maybe is the softest I've ever slept on, going home to buy a new one it was so comfy! Outdoor furniture on balcony is also new and comfortable. This was a perfect stay for our group of 5 adults and a great mullet toss weekend!
