This unit is furnished with one king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa.
A full kitchen with full-sized oven and range, refrigerator and dishwasher
A complete set of cookware, dishes and utensils
Dish soap and dishwasher detergent
A toaster, 5-Cup drip coffee maker, iron, electric tea kettle, and microwave
A full set of linens and towels
A shower dispenser with Paya brand shampoo, conditioner and body soap
An under-sink water filtration system
Cable television and high-speed WiFi
A starter bag of locally crafted PennyCup coffee, creamer cups, and sugar in the raw.
Arrival instructions will be provided to you 24 hours in advance to your arrival date with check-in instructions.
Crib and high chair at no extra charge (contact property manager for availability)
This unit is Pet Friendly with a $75.00 Pet Fee. We provide a bowl, bed, and on the go bag of treats!

For your convenience, a coin-operated laundry room is located on the first floor. Detergent, Softener, and Dryer Sheets are provided for use.

We have a small parking lot with free parking, but to ensure everyone has a spot only 1 vehicle is allowed per unit. There is street parking available

Dog beds provided. We ask that you please do not allow pets in the bed. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and they must be on a leash

Quiet but safe.

Extremely beautiful place with a huge window that has Black out curtains! Come night the place has nice lights to light the place up. Also had a Christmas tree for the holidays which was nice.All basic necessities were there and much more.

Clean and comfortable

Good location for visiting downtown, Biltmore, and arts areas. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Cleanliness is especially important for us and this was very clean. If you like beer, it is conveniently located across the street, within walking distance, to New Belgium Brewing. We would stay here again 100%

Great stay

Perfect place for two people and a dog. Great location with easy access to all of Asheville restaurants and bars/breweries. Great location for those interested in the art district.

Wonderful! Loved the place. Super clean and owner thought of every detail to make stay more enjoyable. We thought it was a little closer to town but would definitely stay again! Oh and very comfortable bed!

Event Overnight

We were just in town for one night for a concert. We didn't want the hassle of hotel parking, check in, elevators or tons of people and noise. This was perfect!

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and minutes from downtown shopping and activities.

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
