Everything you can possibly expect to experience on your well deserved beach vacation get away. Soak your soul and skin in the sun, bathe in the warm ocean and enjoy some of the worlds most amazing sunsets! Everything in this condo has been purchased new in March 2022! Walk one block to Gulf Blvd & pristine beach!

We take pride in going above and beyond when furnishing our rentals so that our guest are truly comfortable. Location is key for beach rentals but we feel that it's equally important that we provide you with the best sleeping and lounging experience so that you are well rested and have the energy to enjoy each day to the fullest.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved our stayed for the weekend. Very clean, proximity to the Beach was a plus and a beautiful and quiet community. Definitely coming back soon.

What a cute and cozy place! Just a short walk to the beach and in a lovely neighborhood for daily walks. 5/5 would definitely stay here again.

Relaxation

Perfect place for a Mother and Daughter getaway. A short walk to the beach with chairs, umbrella, and wagon available for use. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but short drive to restaurants and shopping. Will visit again.

Great location in quaint IRB

First time visiting IRB and it was lovely. Great location…just 2 blocks from the beach. Convenient to the store, coffee shops and cute restaurants. Blake was very responsive and the condo had everything we needed to eat in, grill out, hit the beach and bike around the neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back!

Close to Beach

Perfect location. Updated, Cozy, clean and all the amenities you will need. Blake was very hospitable and available when needed. The bed was very comfortable. Will definitely back soon again

Not complaining… but

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, Ice maker worked great! A/C was so refreshing after a hot day at the beach. So overall our stay was good. These are the recommendations I have for the host or manager. Towels were a problem. We had plenty of bath towels but only 1 hand towels and 3 wash clothes. I’ve never stayed anywhere that I had to pay to do my laundry. Shared laundry is fine, but charging your tenant was tacky. The furniture: it was not broken but was not comfortable at all. Much of the decorations looked like they came from a thrift store. My best description of the unit is like a college dorm or apartment. Thrown together to get by. The grounds were an eyesore, landscape overtook with weeds and patio areas needed cleaning. I am a true critic. What I have mentioned is NOT to hurt this host. It is merely to give honest feed back. The rent did not match the quality of the accommodations given. Would I stay again? Yes, with some small changes. Utilize the space you have by Replacing furniture in living room to be more comfortable. Replace the dining set. Start over with the decorations. It would not take a lot of money to make this unit a true paradise. Please take this as a constructive criticism. Only meant to encourage the host to meet standards of mature adults and not just college kids.

Perfect place for a beach getaway

This place was amazing! It was clean and welcoming with everything we needed for a private weekend. It was a short walk to the beach for the most beautiful sunsets. Top-quality dining within walking distance.Highly recommend this delightful condo.

Perfect location

Awesome clean condo. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. We walked or rode bikes to breakfast, dinner, the store, the beach, the park.

Great little condo close to beautiful beach!

Enjoyed my two weeks here after evacuating for hurricane Ian. Adorable condo super close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Only thing missing was a tv in the bedroom, but otherwise a really great place and property manager(s) very friendly and helpful!

Clean, updated decor, dog-friendly

My mom and I enjoyed our stay—super clean, lovely new furnishings and kitchen. Lots of space. Neighbors were quiet. Nice to be able yo walk to the “sunrise” inlet, too. Notes: It is 3 blocks to the beach (no view), not “steps away.” There are 2 *beds*, not 2 *bedrooms*—futon would be tight for 2, and you have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom. We could’ve used instructions on how to use the half digital, half manual front door lock.

Fantastic property by a lovely beach

A spacious, nicely-decorated and very clean apartment. They really thought of everything: from beach towels and wagon to laundry detergent. The kitchen is extremely well equipped: nice dishes, small appliances, everything down to stick blender and vegetable peeler. There is even a communal bbq outside. A small issue is that you could hear the neighbors in the unit above walking around. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance, and a bus that goes up and down the coast. The park across the street is pleasant (playground, basketball court, tennis courts, picnic tables). The beach is SO CLOSE -- not even 5 minutes -- and it's absolutely gorgeous, and less crowded than other beaches in the area. The checkout time was a bit early for people on vacation, but that might be pretty standard.

Rest, Relax, Recover

We had the honor of being the first occupants of this recently remodeled unit. The unit has been updated with new bed, couch, towels, kitchen supplies, wagon, chairs, umbrella - everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is a short walk down 28th street which leads to a crosswalk to the beach. Contact with the Property Manager, Angela was excellent and she was determined to get the internet working after our arrival, and she did! The unit is best for 2 but there is a pull out couch for additional family members. There is only one bathroom in this unit. The other renters in this complex were quiet and respectful. The facilities are clean and there is a laundry room on the premises. We will be back.
