Very nice beach, Condo is in the middle of everything, water park, beach , restaurants and nice locally owned shops, bakery and much more. We highly recommend this as a very friendly family vacation.

Last minute get away

As a busy family of 6, we never get opportunities to travel for fun. We are also not experienced travelers, so this was scary to do ultimately. We are pleased by our experience & can't wait to try it again!IWe ended

Great family beach rental

Great rental in a good location. This is the second year our family with two young kids stayed in this building. You are under 5 minutes walk to the beach. The closest beach entrance doesn't have much public parking so we found it to be less crowded than even just a few block further up when we walked the beach. The water park is fantastic, gets crowded on holidays but not too bad during the week. A couple of food options walking distance from the building.Check in process and messaging with the owner was easy and they are responsive. We had no issues and everything matched the description. Lots of beach toys/chairs/umbrella in the outdoor closet. Only negative to be aware of is if you are sensitive to light in your bedroom. The second bedroom windows face in towards the water park which has fairly bight lights on all night. Even with the window shades it is fairly bright in the room all night long. This was true in both units we have stayed at in the building, not much the hosts can do about it.

The place was perfect. Beach was like a 4 minute walk. They have a Walmart that’s like 5 minutes away in car also a CVS like 3 minutes away on foot. James was very helpful with everything. My family and I had a great time thank you!!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We had an amazing time at this condo! With having two kids under the age of five, means going to the beach each day isn’t ideal. Having four daily waterpark passes was the perfect solution!! We loved having the beach, Crabby Bills, and the ice cream shop only a few blocks away. We appreciate the beach wagon and toys easily accessible to us on days we did walk to the beach. My son loved watching the boats go by each day along with the pelican, fish, and dolphin. This was a vacation to remember, and we’ve already talked about booking again for next year. We have spread the word to several friends about this unit and what fun we had. Thanks again for a great stay!

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

The Condo was exactly as described. We absolutely love the location. Walk to the beach, Sit on the balcony watching boats and dolphins and hit the water park. We will be back next year! Thank you James for being a great host!

Amazing Time!

What a great week vacation we had here! We will be returning! Great property, great fun for the kids and time away for mom and dad! The water park was amazing and Indian Rocks the best place wvwr it was wonderful to walk to everything! Even have a CVS less than a block away is such a relief for a mom! thank you for having such great beach toys and a beach wagon!!! We loved it!!! Your place was amazing! Thank you James for opening your little slice of heaven and sharing it with us!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. The weather was chilly, but we still enjoyed watching the sunsets and local restaurants! I highly recommend this place!

We had a great experience all around! The check in process was super easy and the communication with Mr. Gordon was helpful. We enjoyed our view, had fun at the water park, and appreciated the short walk to the beach which was beautiful.

Great unit, great view, awesome accomodations!

It was really nice to walk into a clean unit, beautiful view and being a mom of 4 littles, including a baby, packing for a baby is a lot, we ended up having to leave our stroller at home but were pleasantly surprised there was a stroller, a pack n play and other baby necessities. All beach necessities, we were planning on buying upon toys but didnt have to!

Great Location!

This location is amazing. So close to the beach, tons of great restaurants and a short drive to many stores (including Target). Although we experienced some out-of-anyone's control issues, the host, James was easy to contact and quick to reply and do his best to help us enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend this area for a family as the beach is a short walk away.

Great family vacation!

This condo was absolutely PERFECT! It was very clean and well stocked. The beach chairs, toys and towels were a great bonus! The kids room was set up very well with plenty of space for my 3 young kids. Kitchen was fully stocked too. Great views overlooking the inter coastal waterway. Very short walk to the beach! The water park was fun for the kids - kids slides not heated in January but the pool and lazy river were. Already thinking about our next trip and will definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating owner

This was the best experience we have ever had. The owner, James was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was beautiful and had everything you would need for a weeks stay. The complex was great for kids because of the water park that is on site. There is plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the beautiful beach was a short 3min walk. I highly recommend renting this condo!!! We will definitely be back

Born and raised in Indiana, we have a family of seven children from the ages of 2 to 30. We love Florida and the Indian Rocks Beach area, so we decided to invest in a place we could occasionally visit.

We live in Indiana and have been traveling to the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach area for the last 5 years. This property was a perfect fit for our family. We have young kids that enjoy the water park, we love the lazy river, and our teenager can walk to the beach. It is the PERFECT location.
