The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub and shower, along with other essential amenities like hairdryer, soap, towels. The kitchen includes, coffee maker, and everything you need for at least a week. Cozy atmosphere and superb furnishings, guests will feel right at home. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

beautiful views but big issues

Beautiful views and well stocked. It could use some updating, but it was very functional. The vacuum and other cleaning items were readily available. At 5’3”, I found the bathroom counters an issue. Complex reno was noisy. We were warned. Main entry to pool/beach closed-hurt feet to walk through landscaped area. The pool is nice. Lobby has shopping carts to transport items.On arrival, condo was hot, humid, & smelled moldy. We have asthma and other breathing issues, desperate for rest, we turned the air down, put on our CPAPs and went to bed. By morning, it cooled down, but humidity was so high the floors were & the smells were unbearable. The HVAC filter was dirty. We went to store to purchase new, higher quality filter, dehumidifier, & room air purifier. Day 2, the smell & humidity improved, but too much so we contacted the owner. Next day tech cleaned the unit with a spray to kill the mold. Owner said smells were a normal part of beach life. We have been to the area multiple times and never had this issue with any other location. The damage done to our respiratory systems left us sick & we went back home 5 days before the 2 week rental was up. Owner previously said he could issue a partial refund for reno noise, request for partial refund for expenses & early departure denied. Pictures show dirty AC filter that was there when we arrived and our new filter that turned dirty after just a few days of use collecting the allergens in the unit. Also moisture damage in bedroom.

Shop, restaurants, bars and entertainment within walking distance. Tampa, Clearwater, and St Pete activities are a short drive away. Or you can take the trolly.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Reflections is directly on the beach with each condo having a beachside balcony and the intercostal view on the other side. We also enjoy having a tennis court on the property.
