Welcome to Palms Getaway #51 at Ocotillo Springs Resort - beautiful 3 bedroom vacation home situated in-line connected with 2 other homes. You have the option of renting the connecting houses together with this home to accommodate larger groups - it's the perfect lodging solution for family reunions and groups visiting southern Utah. This gorgeous home has 3 beautiful rooms upstairs, each with their own ensuite bathrooms with showers. The open concept family room on the main level has a comfortable sectional sofa and TV. it opens to the kitchen and dining room so you can all be together and enjoy each other's company. The upstairs small family room loft area has a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping and a large TV. You will love the master bedroom with a beautiful king bed and private balcony with two chairs and a pergola covering. Great place to enjoy a relaxing morning sunrise as the sun illuminates the red mountains, or enjoy a romantic sunset.



Ocotillo Springs offers so many fun amenities in the community. Enjoy full access to the resort pool that has a rock water slide, or the clubhouse game room, lounge and kitchen. Of course there are also a few pickle ball courts for endless fun day and night as well. You will love your vacation experience here. Rent this home or pair it with the two connecting homes for multiple families.

Condo was clean, had plenty of room and was well stocked. We loved the large couch that everyone could fit on to watch movies together! Also the garage was nice to keep our bikes in. Would definitely stay here again.

Bigger on the inside

We were surprised at how much space there was for our family! The kids loved the triple bunk bed. The dining table and sectional had room for lots of people to gather comfortably. Checking in and out was a breeze. Our only minor complaint was the bed in one of the primary bedrooms; it squeaked if you looked at it wrong. Probably an easy fix, and considering how great everything else was, not at all a dealbreaker.

Exceptional Stay

Had such a great time. Had 18 of my family with me on this trip. We rented 3 condos and all condos and property is so well maintained, modern and is as presented by VRBO. Clean and ready for our arrival. Main pool is so fun. Plan to stay here again.

Underwhelming

Overall the house was nice and the functionality was great. The community pool and hot tub were also pretty great. However, the reason we booked this unit in particular was for the private hot tub and at the time we stayed there, it was broken and unusable (this was not disclosed at time of booking). The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. There were also a few spots that looked like got missed by the last cleaning crew (mainly the upstairs bathrooms). We called with our concerns and the property management team said they would have someone contact me, but no one ever did. We will probably not stay there again.

All was in order and communication was great. The property location was exactly where we wanted to be in proximity to Snow Canyon. The whole family had a blast!

I received text updates from their office until it was ready. Once it was cleaned, it was great! Our kids loved this property! Bathrooms connected to every bedroom was a huge plus for them! We would rent this place again!

They let us know someone would be in touch with us. We never heard back. The next morning we left and when we came back we were locked out. After calling multiple times and being told someone would be there in 5 minutes we were finally let in after an hour and half. It was hot and we had kids and an infant. When the guy came to replace the battery he was very rude and was upset he had to work on a Sunday. So we loved the home but we were very disappointed with the way we were treated and getting locked out.

The backyard connects two separate units, so that would be a great option for an extended family that needs more space. We were traveling with another couple and went to performances at Tuacahn three nights of our stay. The proximity was wonderful. There are also paved walking/biking trails you can access immediately behind the property.

Great property but poor host experience.

Great place in the Ocotillo Springs, no complaints on the home itself but extreme frustration with the help from the UBS staff. Our pool and clubhouse key fob didn’t work from the moment we got there. Communicated this to the UBS team and host immediately. They asked for me to provide photos of the key fob, which I did and then said someone would come to bring us a new functioning one. Fast forward 2 more days and no one came to replace and UBS became slow to respond. They finally said hopefully they’d have one in time for us to have access our final morning there before leaving and that never happened. The fact I had to chase them down and message multiple times to even get a response was really frustrating. And never having a new one given to us over our 4 day stay wasn’t a great experience, especially considering the pool was a main draw for the stay here.

Great place great for family

This is uber affordable for a family, they provide information for local markets and food etc. They have a few of these units so their maintenance team was close by when the door lock battery went dead. They were right there. They also knew that the garage opener and pool keys were not there from the prior renter. So we didn't have to stress about it. I would stay there again..next time I want a unit with a pool!
