Great place

The property was eazy to find, in a great location with nice amenities. The house was very clean and had more space then what the pictures show. Overall great experience. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay! The location is on a busy street so the cars going by are a bit loud but it didn't bother us much at all. The pool is perfect size and just a short walk to the community pool.

Perfection

A friend and I made this a home base for a few days while we did fun things in southern Utah and Nevada. It was the perfect spot, the hot spot in the evenings was perfect to relax muscles and enjoy a show. The property is clean and plenty of space for family and friends of just you and a friend - and the price is perfect.

Stunning home

The property was amazing. It was very close to Snow Canyon and about an hour from Zion. The amenities were great and the pool was wonderful in the 90+ degree heat. The property mgmt company was very organized and responsive. We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary with 6 other couples and had a ball.

So fun!

We loved our stay! The pool was perfect soze for my 5 year old twins and we loved all the outdoor stuff on property. The home was wonderful and comfortable. Beds were great. Layout was awesome! Plenty bathrooms, which is always a concern. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice place - But location is not good at all

The property was as listed. However, if you like the quiet, you may want to skip this place. The street just behind the unit is heavily traveled and loud. We were woke up multiple times during our stay around 6:00 AM and it went through out the day. Also, sitting outside on the deck and trying to have a conversation was difficult.The listing is accurate, clean and very spacious. The noise is a deal breaker for us and we won't rent this particular unit again, the price seems high as well given the noise issue. The management company was attentive, but did not fix the pool cover until the day before we checked out and that particular day we were in Mesquite golfing. Bummer

Big condo, nice pool and hotntub

Well-kept condo with nice furniture. There are about 8 TVS. A little skimpy on cookware, and no drinking glasses for adults. Only plastic cups for kids or stemware. Also, no recycling bin!

Best home to vacation in St. George!

My family loved staying at this home in Ocotillo Springs SO much! The home was gorgeous and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed for our stay. There were plenty of towels, pool towels, and extra pillows. The fact that it had its own pool and hot tub was a major plus! There was plenty of comfy seating, beautiful and efficient lighting, and a warm environment. You have access to a really nice club house along with a large pool and hot tub. This is located close to Snow Canyon and in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We can't wait to stay here again, we had the best week!

Stunning

All I can say is WOW! When you walk into this beautiful home you know that your stay is going to be amazing. The decor was beautiful and it was so clean! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. We had 3 teenage girls that absolutely loved the pool and hot tube. Slept like the dead! I only wish I would have taken a picture of the mattress, I need one at my home! Can not wait to come back!

Amazing house!

We loved this house. The pool and hot tub were great. The view was so pretty. We really enjoyed the 3 fire pits, especially the upstairs deck during sunset. Rooms were nice and the house had everything we needed. The only problem was that there needed to be more information at the house on how to turn the fire pits on and how to reset the hot tub when it turned off. If the information was posted at the house we could have easily followed directions instead of having to text back and forth with the property management company. Overall though an amazing house and great value for the money.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay!!!

We enjoyed our time in St. George especially where we stayed. The house was nicely located to many of the area's we like to visit while in St George such as Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. It is located just a few minutes from Harmons grocery store and other restaurants. But the best part was the house itself! It is fully furnished and exceptionally clean with all you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is spacious and easily accommodated both families of 6 and 4 with a lot of space left over. With a pool and hot tub at the home, it allowed for exceptional fun for all without even leaving the home and dealing with crowds like so many other places we have stayed. The owners and rental managers were extremely easy to work with and made our stay even better. Five stars across the board. I would stay here again each time we come back to St. George!! It was completely worth every penny!!

Beautiful Home

We were blown away at how nice this home was! The builder did an amazing job with the layout! We really loved having our own private pool as the community pool gets overcrowded and doesn't have shade. The only thing this home needed was a deep clean on the outside. With it backing the main road, cleaning the backyard needs to be part of the routine clean. There were so many spiders, red ants and roaches. We felt like we needed to check where we were sitting before ever sitting down and didn't really dare go outside barefoot because of the bugs! Pest control and a routine clean and this place has zero flaws!

Higly recommend this home! Private pool and hot tub were used everyday, all day! Pool toys and noodles were provided! Took a break one day and used the community pool which was so fun! It included a slide and splashpad! Great location to Ivins reservoir where we paddle boarded. Harmons grocery, Cafe Rio, and other amenities less then a mile away. Beds were so comfortable! Each bedroom with own bathroom. Had great accommodations for my baby including high chair and pack n play. Even had plastic silverware/plates/bowls/cups that I knew my kids couldn't break. Xbox and ping pong table were a delight. Couches were so cozy/comfy. Plenty of seating for hanging out or eating meals. TV in every room so my kiddos could watch different shows. Turned on the TV in the garage for some tunes while we hit up ping pong. Can't wait to go back! Thank you!

The property is providing space for everyone, is well maintained, as all the necessary amenities and was very cleaned and comfortable. We appreciated having access to the gym and the resort pool although having our own pool and hot-tub was just amazing! The street in front of the house can be noisy at time, but overall we had an excellent stay.
