The Folly is Seashore Chic at it s finest. Remodeled three bedroom 2 bath condo in the heart of Cape May. Located a half block from the beach and a half block to the mall on the first floor of this building. Bright and airy, high ceilings, stainless appliances, front porch for morning coffee or evening people watching.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with owner approval. No onsite parking. Landlord provides two parking permits for the Bank Street parking lot. Washer and Dryer are shared and located off the driveway in the basement.

Perfect location, concerns on cleanliness -ANTS R’ US

The positive points:Location was extremely convenient walking distance to the beach and town.SpaciousBeautiful porch area.The negative points:It was ANT CITY inside of the house with traps on the floors in bedrooms, counters, etc. which is dangerous for having babies in the house.The floors were noticeably dirty and had our feet turning black. Our two infants were counted as two occupants which limited us having two adults stay in the home. Due to the false description with lack of cleanliness they could not fully function in the home. There was a smooshed black substance in the rug and a big yellow stain.The vacuum did not work and was full when attempted to be used in addition to a terrible odor.Furniture could have been cleaner and there were filthy stains along with no covers and a damp feeling when sat on. We expected a full size refrigerator. We were told to make the beds prior to leaving therefore I do not know if the comforter are ever cleaned.Not all outlets worked.The thermostat was stated to not lower under 72 degrees. We were not aware of these house rules prior to booking. This is a health hazard due to the fact that we have asthma. The home was booked upon cleanliness and high ratings. Besides the negative points we overall had a nice stay in the home.

Girls Getaway in Cape May

Location, Location, Location! Very walkable, quiet neighborhood (in mid-April), steps from the beach, shops, restaurants, and spa! Everything we needed and more - couldn’t have asked for a better spot to enjoy a weekend of catching up with the girls.

Absolutely perfect location. Close to both the beach and mall. The house was nicely updated and very clean.
