Step into a sun-drenched, modern, and hypoallergenic space. This meticulously maintained property, completely rebuilt internally in 2020, offers the perfect summer escape, leaving you feeling revitalized and recharged. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to shops, markets, an amusement park, and a variety of restaurants.

Off-street parking is available for up to four cars. The large backyard and patio area feature a six-chair dining table, a full-size sectional, and umbrellas for both dining and lounging. Outdoor lighting enhances the ambiance for enjoying cool evening breezes. Beach toys are conveniently located in the shed.

Accommodates six people, with two queen beds and two twin beds, with the side room's extendable bed converting to a full size. Three soft, comfortable couches, this seating comfortably accommodates six. Indoor dining: 4 guests, outdoor dining: 6 guests, with soft lights.

Each of the three main rooms features a large TV, while the room with twin beds includes a smaller TV. All appliances are in good condition. A hair dryer is available in the bathroom vanity.

This property was nice but the level of service here was the most disappointing experience that I’ve had in renting from VRBO. We arrived and realized that there were no sheets or towels, little toilet paper, paper towels. This should have been noted on the amenities list. I had to go out to Walmart to buy sheets for the beds towels for the shower, etc. The kitchen. It was very sparse. There was no toaster, there was very little in the way of dishes and in fact there were zero plates or wine glasses. When I reached out to the owner with my concerns, I never received any reply. Very disappointing experience

This is how we spend our days at the shore. Relaxation & Simple Pleasures: Sunbathe (reapply sunscreen), read, listen to waves, feel the breeze, nap, meditate, people-watch, collect shells/sea glass, build sandcastles.
Observations & Nature: Watch the ocean (colors, waves, boats), wildlife (seagulls, sandpipers, terns, osprey, pelicans, dolphins, crabs), admire protected dunes, appreciate changing light (sunrises/sunsets).
Activities (Active): Walk/jog, swim (lifeguard-protected areas), surf/boogie board, fly a kite.

Our tranquil retreat is a short drive from home, located away from the most crowded beaches of the Jersey Shore.

Notes:
Beach Badges: Required Memorial Day-Labor Day.
Lifeguards: Swim only when on duty.
Respect Dunes: Stay off them, use designated access. Leave No Trace: Pack out all trash.
