With prime canal-front real estate in a quiet neighborhood, this bright, single-story house strikes the ideal balance of being close to the action without being overrun by tourists. Spend your days walking the boardwalk or riding a rollercoaster, but spend your nights in the sanctuary of your own home away from home. The sights of Ocean City can be viewed just from the right side of the yard. Launch kayaks and paddleboards from the private dock and explore the waterways around the home.

This adorable single-family home has a charm all its own. With freshly remodeled bedrooms and bathrooms and a plentiful waterfront, you're sure to be at ease during your beach vacation. This beautifully decorated home has all the amenities for families featuring kids' toys, books, a Pack N' Play, kids' beach toys, a high chair, and more. There are family-fun games, bountiful outdoor seating under a covered gazebo, and relaxing views of Ocean City right from the backyard.

With ample private dock space, you can launch your kayaks and paddleboards to explore the waterways around the home.

Ready to relax? The kitchen features brand-new appliances, new cookware, and plentiful serving dishes. The outdoor patio comfortably seats six so you can dine waterside.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, activities, the beach and shopping. The house was clean and had supplies (bedding, utensils, hair dryer and box fans) available. The A/C would not cool the house below 78* until the sun went down, and then didn't get to 70* until after midnight night. Around 8am, the temps started to creep back up. HVAC man came out on day 2, but didn't fix the issue. If not for the AC issues, it would have been a higher rating. Payed a high price and lots of fees for an uncomfortable stay.

Great location ! Corner lot on the canal, easy access to Ocean City & Berlin! Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and all your essentials to cook! Great outdoor area!

Unresponsive property manager

When I arrived, I could not get in the rental. It had a lock box which would not open and after trying unsuccessfully for several minutes I had to call Vacasa and found out they gave me the wrong code. One of the bathroom sinks would not drain. Called Vacasa and they said they would contact local managers. No one came. I texted management they said they would send someone to fix problem. After over 2 weeks I checked out and sink was still full of water with no sign of a maintainence person.Lucky for me there was another sink and I did not have others staying with me. Would have not been good place to stay if you have a major problem as VACASA is unresponsive.

Great Vacation House

My family and I love going to Assateague Island to spend time at the beach. After a long day ant the beach we love going into ocean city for dinners. The house is in the perfect location to enjoy everything OC has to offer and far enough to get away from the crowds. The house itself was beautiful. Perfect for a family weekend.

Issues getting in Called several times 4 times were hung up on When we got the key was only for the back sliding door still could not get in due to having a stick blocking it Hours later after waiting and also being hung up on someone arrived and put the other key needed in and open the door Sliding Door was also so hard to open n close Majority of the light bulbs did not work Could not use the dresser the drawer would not open No dishwasher or laundry Scenery was blocked by a huge boat No lights outside unless you ran a extension cord thru the doorway-a huge safety hazard Bare necessities available & supplied Unbelievable is all I can say Stayed 2 weeks

Ok house.

When we first arrived it was 81 degrees in the house. An AC tech came the next day “fixed” it, but it was 76 that day in the house. Then the next couple days it was cool so the air conditioner kept up. Then we had heavy rains on the last full day, water leaked around the sliding glass doors and around the large mirror in the main bedroom. There was A LOT of flies and tiny flying bugs in the house as well. Trash was over running outside the house, sat there for 2 days before it was picked up. Light outside the main bedroom shines in all night. No dish towels to wash dishes or to dry. The house has a great location. The neighbors was very nice.

Great place but quite a few obstacles

Let’s start with the positive: You are 15 mins away from the beach Close to the outlets And quite a few food places. I think this place has a lot of potential however it fell extremely short in a major area which is cleanliness. When we first walked in I smelled something strange. I chalked it up as a house smell and because it wasn’t so bad I let it slide. As it came time to make dinner I preheated the oven. Once the oven was preheated I smelled the smell again and I thought someone must have spilled something in the oven. I placed my salmon in the oven and closed the door within 20 mins the house reeked. I thought the salmon was bad it turns out that there was moldy steak and a moldy can of beans hidden in the oven. When I pulled the can of beans out of the oven you could see white fur growing out of the can. The flies are unlike anything I have ever seen. It was a simple swipe that became a full on spray a thing for the entire weekend. The new bathroom was nice but it was a rusty soap holder hanging from the shower. I really feel we left the house in better shape then we received it. For the price that you pay for the home it should have been in way better shape.

Terrific Location, BUT

Location is perfect, just right out of the bridge! The house is nice and quaint, right off the bay. The 2/5 star review includes the customer service, if it was great customer service, I would have put 3/5. The issues my group and I had with place were outdated kitchen stove top and oven, barely works… especially the oven. The water pipes need to be changed, inconsistent water flow as if the shower head is spitting in your face… Last, but definitely not least. Dried blood in one of the bathroom shower curtains… to think this company would be clean their properties thoroughly. Spend a good amount of money just to get a subpar experience with the stay, if only the customer service was responsive…

Quick Getaway

The house was good for a quick 3 day trip. Nice scenery, safe neighborhood and easy access to the home. Nearby lots of shops, restaurants and not too far from the boardwalk. I would recommend having a car. Nice size home and bedrooms. Just a few improvements and it would be perfect. Such as firmer beds, the central air system was noisy (woke us up a few times at night) and the dining table had to be cleaned off.

House could have been cleaner. Pillows were awful and the security light outside was too bright.

House was cute but it was lacking attention to detail. There was no sponge in the kitchen and no shampoo or conditioner..

Very nice

The home is very nice, and very comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this family friendly home. Loved the little touches for our kids, like toys, books, beach toys, etc. The only things that it could use is a new stove and microwave. They worked very poorly, but it wasn't the end of the world for us.
