All AQUA guests must be pre-registered  to receive Parking Permit(s).  The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).  This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Overall the rooms were decent. However, the furniture was not very comfortable and the bed in the second bedroom was not comfortable at all. It felt like something was wrong with the box spring on the bathroom side which made it seem like you were going to fall off the bed. This left an uncomfortable ridge going down the center of the bed.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay, the only improvement would be the cleaning crew should clean a little better and some of the dishes were dirty, this not the fault of property owner. The condo was nice, beds were soft and view was great especially for the fireworks. We would stay again!

We do state in your arrival instructions if there is anything not 100% and 5 Star to let us know and we will come back out to make sure everything is great for you. We will go above and beyond but we have to be informed so we can move asap and make it right for you. I wish in a perfect world we never had to even ask and that everything would be perfect upon arrival but unfortunately and especially during peak season, there may be a few items missed. Summer Vacation

This property was located in a great place on the beach close to lots of entertainment and shopping. The host was easy to keep in touch with. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Walmart is just down the street to get groceries which was very convenient. There were daily flybys from military jets which the kids enjoyed. Everything was great about this property.

Absolutely beautiful!

This condo was beautiful!! Very clean, and plenty of room for us all. We loved the location right down from Pier Park and a short drive to the local Walmart. Melissa made the check in process very easy and provided all the information we would need before we even got there. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Condo on the Gulf Coast

This property was the perfect place to stay with family. It has 2 masters and an additional room with bunk beds and a queen. The youngest kids really loved the bunk bed! The property was clean and very comfortable. The best part was the large balcony and views of the ocean. There were 2 pools so plenty of space for the kids to swim. We would definitely go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Melissa was easy to communicate with during our trip. We had plenty of room and having three bathrooms was very nice. Master bed mattress was very comfortable, too. We had free beach chairs which we used daily. And having Shopping and restaurants all within short distance was convenient for all of us. We used every piece of furniture during the visit, which we needed. Internet was a little on/off, so I would need to step out on the balcony to do some of my work while there. Water was beautiful and loved my stay.

Beautiful, Cozy and Fun Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best times with our family and friends at Aqua! The views are amazing and our primary suite and living area views of the water were breathtaking! Walking distance to Pier Park and the blue water and white sand are gorgeous! Beautiful & Relaxing

This condo was everything advertised and some! It was so clean, you would think it was brand new. Being able to go right into our unit without having to stop and check in was convenient. The view was spectacular! We spent every evening on the balcony enjoying the scenery and sounds of the ocean. We had another family that stayed with us and there was PLENTY of room for us all, even with privacy when needed/wanted. The pool areas we're so nice and relaxing. If/when we go back to PCB, it will definitely be at the Aqua Resort.

Can’t wait for next year

The condo was as advertised. It was clean. It had everything you could possibly need to cook with including pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of glasses and dishes. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The elevators were kind of slow but nothing that would keep me from booking there again
