Our perfect vacation

Amazing , exactly as pictured, sparkling clean (no black toes),beds clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our NYE vacation. Host was excellent and very responsive.

Gulf of America at its Finast

Everything about this condo goes above and beyond expectations. This beautiful professionaly dcorated unit was exactly what we needed to escape the harsh winter season of northern Ohio. From the breathtaking views of The Gulf of America, the very comfortable beds and all the amenities, this was a winner. The whole area of Panam City Beach has everything you would need from shopping, restaurants and entertainment.Melissa was a great host always available for any questions we may have had. Beautiful unit with beautiful views

The photos do not do this unit justice, this place is beautiful! Condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The balcony was amazing. Security was friendly along with some Aqua owners that we met. Will stay again!

Best Condo Ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I hesitate to write this review for fear everyone will want to rent this condo after reading it. We've stayed in many rentals on the beach, however this one is truly the most luxurious, well appointed one we've ever had the pleasure to rent. The attention to detail from the beautiful, modern decor, to all the extra touches like the stand-alone ice maker, wine cooler, the multi-rain shower heads in the master, and the top-tier furniture are all way above and beyond the normal condo rental experience. And the extra large outdoor area with the comfortable seating was where we spent a good part of each day. You don't even have to go to the beach! Plus, the location is absolutely perfect, near all our favorite restaurants and shopping areas. But please ignore everything I've just written as we want to make sure this condo is available in the near future, ) 5 stars plus!

Super clean, beautifully decorated(super classy!), great balcony space, and comfortable furniture!!!

Was pleasantly surprised that we finally found a unit on a vacation that was actually CLEAN. I always check the floors to see if they will make our feet dirty and the “wet paper towel test” proved how clean this unit really is! It really is as beautiful, if not more in person, as it is in the pictures! The decor and the details of it all- sooo beautiful! Balcony was just refurnished, furniture inside and outside is comfortable, and all of the beds were cozy too! Master bath is gorgeous and very functional and we loved that each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. The fireplace created a cozy inside vibe without the heat(you can turn the heat on/off). Plenty of ice between the freezer ice maker and the separate stand alone ice maker beside the dishwasher. We loved about everything…a couple things to mention- the dishwasher is not functioning properly, but we just hand washed everything. Not a huge deal for us at all. Also, the outlet on the balcony doesn’t work as it would trip the breaker to the bedroom nearest to it when we tried to plug in a fan for some air circulation out there. Would definitely stay here again!!! 10/10 highly recommend! P.S. - our trip was last week of August, so we had no issue finding a parking spot and no long waits for the elevators. Luggage carts were also easy to locate/use. Walmart is super close and a cute market with lots of clean, organic food options was across the road from walmart too. We shopped there mainly as that is our “thing”.

Great management!

Melissa was great and quick to respond to anything we needed. The location was great! The condo was clean, but needed a little updating. It is my understanding that this company just acquired the property & they are working on that. No issues that would keep us from staying again. It is just an older condo.

Love this condo

We will definitely keep this unit on our list for future visits . The set up was perfect for us and the kids . Our view was beautiful , the condo was spotless, beds were comfortable, and we loved how it was furnished !!! Thank you for an awesome condo to stay in !! We will be back!

NEEDS A LITTLE UPDATING

The property is in a great location, and the view from the balcony is great. The carpets are dirty in the bedrooms and need to be updated. The blinds and curtains need some maintenance.

Outstanding Experience

The condo was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation to Panama City Beach. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful living area and the great balcony provided amazing vistas of the Gulf. The combination of the beach set-up (two lounge chairs and umbrella provided, two lovely pools, hot tub, and pool bar fit our group perfectly. The owner was also very helpful in assisting with shipment of a prescription that had been left behind. Thanks again for your help! We would definitely enjoy a repeat visit to this condo and the Aqua complex.

Fun time at the beach!

We had a great time at the beach and what a wonderful condo! Was really nice inside, had all of the amenities we needed, full kitchen with everything you could want. Really nice appliances and Melissa was wonderful to work with when we had questions throughout the trip. Would recommend this condo to anyone. Fantastic view of the ocean and we saw dolphins one morning from the balcony, be sure to bring your binoculars!

Great condo - super clean, comfortable beds, great location.

We’ve stayed in the area many times over the years and this is one of the better properties. The room was very clean and the layout was great. No problems and we will definitely be coming back. The property owner was very nice and responsive. Even though we had no issues she was quick to provide information and was a pleasure to deal with.
