Beautiful, BRAND-NEW construction condo in the Stillwater Building at Bridges Bay Resort.

This condo features: 4 bedrooms (Master with 1 King, Bedrooms 2 & 3 with 1 Queen in each, and Bedroom with Twin over Full Bunk bed and Twin trundle), 2.5 bathrooms (Master with walk-in shower, Full bath with shower/tub combo, and half-bath with toilet only), 6 indoor/outdoor Boji Splash Waterpark passes, lake view deck, and private pool shared between the Stillwater and Bayside Buildings. The building features a rooftop deck exclusively for Stillwater residents and guests, 2 on-site restaurants (one is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day), and you are only a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk to Arnold Park Amusement Park.

Amazing!!

Absolutely beautiful condo with plenty of room for multiple couples to travel together yet have their own space. Adults and kids would love this home and there are so many extra benefits through the resort. I highly recommend!

We love being able to walk down to Arnold’s Park for the rides, festivals, and concerts. The location is the best!

Our property is part of the Bridges Bay Resort. This makes it unique because you have access to all of the hotel amenities, including an indoor and outdoor waterpark, two on-site restaurants, a basketball court, a zip line, and an ice cream shop. We love having everything right on property!
