この施設について

Casa Laura Unit C - Lake Louise with a private pool

The spacious units are two-bedroom two bath units with an extended lanai that captures your view down the canal. Each unit is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a refreshing heated and a spacious patio area that overlooks the wide Gulf access basin.

The oversized master bedroom has a king bed, HD TV and a walk-in closet. There is a private bathroom for the master suite. The master suite also has NEW front loader washer and dryers. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and a single bed, along with a good-sized closet.

Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

Pool

The kitchen is complete with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, pizza oven, blender, dishes and cookware.

There is a washer and dryer in each unit.

Other amenities include a spacious patio area at the pool with tables, chairs and lounge chairs, propane Webber BBQ grill, cable HD TV, WIFI, and custom dock for fishing or tying up your boat.

Boat rental is available for guests for an additional fee. Onshore and offshore fishing are also available for our guests. Please contact us for details.

Conveniently we are located less than a block away from a major food and liquor store.Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Baseball Tournament Vacation

Great location and beautiful setting

Jerry was a great host! They had a lot of conveniences at the condo for us to use. My son love the deck and fishing off of it we would definitely stay here again oh, and it was the most comfortable, but I have ever slept in!

Quiet and Relaxing

The property was very well kept and had everything we needed. We loved coming back to the condo after a busy day and relaxing in the pool and watching the sunset from the dock. Having a Publix very nearby was very convenient as well.

Excellent property

View is amazing , The property is very well taken care off , the property manager is amazing and very helpful . The pool is great. The condo is a little dated but in excellent condition. The fees are fair vs some of the other local properties that nickel and dime the guest . I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Casa Laura for four nights following our week-long cruise, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. This was our first time here, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The unit was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and waking up each morning to the beautiful view of the canal and dock was absolutely stunning. Our son especially loved fishing off the dock—it was such a highlight for him. A huge thank you to Jerry and Don for making our stay so seamless. Perfect Lakehouse

This property was perfect for us. We have family in Cape Coral and this was the nicest home we have stayed in. The home was clean and had all kinds of little necessities available. Things you didn't know you needed until you did. The view of the lake from sunrise to sunset was spectacular. We found ourselves getting up early just to see Mother Nature at her finest. It was centrally located to the beach, town and great restaurants. We loved every minute of our stay.

Very nice. They were in the process of replacing the flooring in the other units. And the unit i stayed in was scheduled soon. Brian showed me the new flooring in the other units and it is nice.
