Sleeping Arrangements:
The home sleeps up to nine guests across three bedrooms. Two king beds and three twin beds offer restful, comfortable nights, and a queen pull-out sofa in the detached game room provides additional sleeping space. Rooms come with cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and room-darkening blinds so everyone can sleep in.

Indoor Living:
High-beamed ceilings and an open-concept layout set the tone inside. A large sectional and recliner face a 65-inch Smart TV - ideal for movie nights after a full day out. The home also features an indoor fireplace, a game room with pool table, arcade game and board games for all ages, and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair, laptop stand, and surge protector for anyone mixing work with leisure. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the temperature comfortable year-round.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features Samsung stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, oven, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher - alongside cookware, dishes, wine glasses, a blender, toaster, and all the basics. A drip coffee maker and Keurig have mornings covered. The lanai's dining table for eight overlooks the yard and pool, making it a natural gathering spot for shared meals any time of day.

Laundry & Practicalities:
An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and clothing storage throughout the home make longer stays easy. Smart-lock self check-in, a 2-car garage, free street parking, and reliable Wi-Fi round out the conveniences.

The 1.5-acre fully fenced yard is the heart of the property. The private above-ground pool is open all year and available 24 hours - note it is not heated, so it's best enjoyed on warm days.
