The villa is located in a gated community and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms. A pull out couch in the living room can accommodate two additional people. All linens and fresh towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a fun filled and truly enjoy vacation or getaway. A 58” smart TV is mounted in the living room and also includes a substantial DVD collection. Both bedrooms also have their own TVs. A beach buggy/cart, beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, and pickle ball sets are included for your use. The front porch of the villa overlooks the tennis courts and has glider chairs for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The unit is on the first floor and located close to the elevator so you never need to use the steps. Ample parking and covered bicycle racks are located throughout the resort. Card operated washer and dryer is located on the second and fourth floor of the building.
