Hilton Head is famous for its wide stretching beaches, and the oceanfront is just a short leisurely stroll down the boardwalk from our villa. Along the way you will encounter abundant sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. If you prefer a quicker route, just hop aboard the beach shuttle which has regular seasonal runs throughout the day. At the end of the boardwalk, you'll find Coco's--a wonderful, island-themed beach bar and grill.

Hilton Head Resort offers three adult sized pools (two outdoor, one indoor), one child's pool, a gift shop, poolside restaurant and deli, beach front grill and bar, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, indoor walking track, free WiFi in building three / WiFi in building one - daily or weekly charge, bike rental, six lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball court, horseshoes, beach front restrooms, and a gated and guarded complex with 24/7 security. Abundant golfing is in either direction when leaving the resort grounds.

The complex is also within walking distance to the Shelter Cove Towne Center A Waterfront shopping center overlooking broad creek. This is the newest and hottest tourist spot on Hilton Head Island. It has tons of new restaurants, two new grocery stores (a huge Kroger and a Whole Foods), all kinds of shopping, a marina, a park, seasonal festivals, and the firework show every Tuesday during the summer.

Condo was clean, laundry cost is almost 4 to wash / 4 to dry, but super easy to use with your card. The pools were a nice break from the beach! Beach access was super easy with the boardwalk. The cart service is nice if you choose to ride it after a long day soaking up the sun!Condo had all the things you need to be comfortable with plenty of utensils for cooking.Only down side was 1 elevator was inoperable so the stairs were much faster then waiting your turn.Make sure to bring your wagon! There isn't one with this condo,but we made due having amazon deliver one to our unit . All in all it was a great stay and we will most definitely be back!

Fun family getaway

Convenient location close to everything. The property had everything needed. The short walk to the beach was scenic and enjoyable. The indoor pool was a great option when the weather was cooler. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Accommodations

Nice place close to everything on the island. Deli/bar at the big outdoor pool is very nice with friendly staff. Nice walk to the beach on the boardwalk along the marsh with some nice wildlife viewing. All in all it’s a nice place.

Perfect for our short visit

We had a wonderful time staying here. Our family of 5 fit perfect in this condo. The condo had everything you would need. The indoor pool worked out great as weather was a bit chilly! We loved having the two restaurants on site.

Beautiful Comfy Home

Pros: Great A/C, very comfy beds, comfy cozy place to stay and beautifull scenic walk to the beachCons: poor communication, shower water pressure sucked and it made sounds when using the shower, wifi information was wrong.

Fall break

We went for a long weekend during fall break. There was a cold snap so the beach was only good for walking. The indoor pool came in clutch for our kids. Great stay!

Family vacation 2024

It was an amazing stay! We had to go through hurricane debby but still had an amazing trip! Indoor pool was our best friend for a couple of days! Nice clean condo! Had enough space for our family of 5! Definitely will come back!

Comfortable and accommodating

Our family enjoyed the comfortable and accommodating stay. It was on the fourth floor so elevator access and availability with other patrons was a challenge appreciated all of the accommodating items that made our stay pleasant related to the beach or cooking or towels. Everything was thought out well, and the renovations were nice.

Rooms were pretty clean, not spacious at all, but cosy. There were enough beds for 4 adults and 4 kids btw 5-13 yrs old, space in the room with the 4 beds was enough just for sleeping, not too much storage space available (mentioning for info purpose only, not as a complaint, we came to the beach, not to stay inside). Bathrooms in excellent conditions.Living and kitchen were fine, furniture pretty old, but usable. Kitchen appliances are in very good condition, we are home eaters and cooked inside all the time we stayed.All rooms had TVs, each one could watch anything they desired, either internet or TV cables. All beds had sheets, just not enough pillows. Although there were extra pillows and blankets in closets, additional cases or sheets were missing, I asked if it’s possible to get some pillow cases, but got no response at all. We wrapped the extra 2 pillows we used with towels, problem solved in the end.Laundry was available outside of the room, there was a special room assigned. We didn’t have problems with finding available washing machines or dryers. Elevator very close to the room available, although we used mostly the stairs.Very quiet, although the room was facing the lagoon and a huge parking area.Waking to the beach was a pleasure in the bridge, extremely convenient. There was even a shuttle, in case we didn’t want to walk.Generally we enjoyed the stay.

One room was not as advertised. The listings details did not state that there was a shared laundry room for each floor that cost extra to use. This info would have been helpful to know. Overall, we enjoyed the facilities. The beach is a short 10 minute walk down a nice boardwalk. We liked the indoor pool area and workout space.

Best place ever

The apartment was clean and has everything we need and more. They left a cart to use at the beach and some beach toys for the kids. We have everything we need the pool we’re awesome and the store at the pool area had everything you can possibly think and good prices. The security of that place is good they are always around making sure you need anything.

Beautiful stay!

The host was awesome, they answered my calls and texts extremely fast. The room was as pictured, and the resort staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. The screened in balcony was great because we didn't have to worry about bugs while we hung out on the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and bowls we needed for our stay, that was an added convenience. My kids had a blast at this resort, the three pools were all awesome and fun. Would definitely recommend this resort for families.

Enjoyed our short stay

We loved our stay here! The listing was exactly as described. The unit itself was just like the pictures. I did have to replace the batteries in the bedroom TV remote, and the 1 ply toilet paper went really fast but otherwise everything was great.The complex itself is older. The elevator is really slow so plan for that in your travels. The beach isn't really close but a quick golf cart shuttle, gets you closer. Overall we had a great time!

Great stay for a quick get away

The complex is old but the grounds and the buildings, gardens and pools seem to be well maintained. The unit was nice, comfortable, and fit the description in the post. I only wish we had a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a communal laundry room on the floor but it was rather pricey. I did not use the laundry room. Since we only stayed 4 nights, it was not a huge inconvenience. I would stay at the same place, same unit again.

Great Location

We were very happy with the villa and it had everything we needed. Lots of towels were provided and that was a nice surprise. The proximity to the beach and the pools was perfect. My only critique is the bunk beds need to be replaced ASAP. They are too squeaky and rickety. They bang the walls and squeak all night. My kids refused to sleep in them and opted for the couch. Otherwise the villa was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Condo review

The condo looked just like pics and was just what we needed. I have 2 issues, 1 was the check in process and 2 was the elevator temp. It was soooooo hot in the elevator. The check in process was horrible. Our name was not on our reservation twice trying to check in, even when we were told it was. We were not able to check in until after 5pm. It was very stressful. Once we were in it was great.

Unfortunately the computer system at the security gate was down, and caused a delay in this guests check-in. That is not typical, and we apologize for the inconvenience. I am glad they enjoyed their stay otherwise.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We bought this property because it had everything we needed/wanted. The location is close to everything--grocery stores, restaurants, marinas, entertainment.
The complex has an indoor pool for those colder winter days (warm by Illinois standards) and outdoor pools to soak up the great South Carolina sun. The boardwalk is an amazing place to view and learn about nature. We just love seeing the changes in the seasons in the marsh area. Great bird viewing. This is our dream home away from home and a great place for our children and grandchildren.

I love the fact that I don't have to cross a street to get to my beach. Our beach is located between Palmetto Dunes Golf Course and an inlet. Singleton Beach houses are next to the inlet and our beach. This makes our beach very private, but a decent walk takes one to the action of the nearby hotel beaches.
