The lower level of the condo boasts a stylish, updated design with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious open living area featuring a TV, a comfortable full-sized sofa bed and a dining table that seats 6. The main floor also includes a beautifully renovated full bathroom. The upper level comprises 2 private bedrooms, with a shared air conditioning unit.

Spacious and comfortable

Great location. Big living/ dining area and the beds a comfy. Will definitely stay here again when I get back to the city.

Clean and we’ll equipped…

Mike’s place had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We walked to shopping and an ample selection of eating places with no more than a few minutes walk. I’d certainly stay there again when back in Cebu City.

2 bedrooms are located at the 2nd floor, bathroom is on the 1st floor. It was very difficult to go down at the middle of the night to use especially you’re sleepy. I go to the restroom 2-3 times in the night. Not senior friendly. Outside hallway & elevator smells bad.

My wife and bought this property to stay in while we visit her family in Cebu. We bought it unfinished so we could design, furnish and decorate it as we wanted. We make it available to rent while we are not visiting with family. We love to visit Cebu and we hope you enjoy it as well!
