We live in Illinois, but every time we vacationed in Sarasota we fell in love all over again with the powdery white sand of Siesta Key and the relaxed Florida lifestyle. Our dream was to have a place where we could create family memories—and now we get to share that with other families too.
Paradise Palms is stocked with the extras parents appreciate: beach gear, kid-friendly amenities, and a private heated pool where everyone can unwind. It’s something special you don’t see in many places, and it makes the neighborhood feel even more inviting. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, taking a walk with the kids, or enjoying the holiday lights, this community adds so much charm to the Sarasota experience.

Over the past three years, we’ve planted 50+ palm trees around the yard, creating a true tropical retreat that feels like your own private resort.
