In town -2 bedroom + 2 sofa beds + game room/common area -fits 8 people

This rental is close to the downtown area (1.2 miles). The trolley will pick you up right next to the house. It is a downstairs space w/a private entrance.There are 2 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds, 1 bath, a game room, and a dining table. Both rooms have TV's. (fits 8 people)

The top floor is a separate unit but it is completely closed off from the bottom to ensure your privacy. We want our guests to have fun. We have a bluetooth speaker, karaoke machine and games downstairs so you can keep your party going even after a night out. We work hard to make sure all our guests leave happy. :)

The common area offers you a place to hang out with your group even after you return. We have playing cards, board games and of course our Fußball table and table tennis. There is also a mini fridge and microwave so you can easily bring your leftovers home and eat them later. :)

Enjoy your morning coffee outside in our gated in backyard. There is a picnic table back there as well as a fire pit.

The private entrance is accessible through the backyard. You will need to go down a few stairs to get there. Our backyard has a small downhill slant ( therefore I did not suggest this accommodation if you have any walking difficulties).

Check in and out times are super flexible- if we don't have back to back bookings. 95 percent of the time we can say yes to early checking and noon checkout.
