Newly built Split Level home. Main floor features open kitchen and living room area with a half bath off the kitchen. Also, one bedroom with private bathroom. Lower lever features two more Queen bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have Roku TVs so you can stream your favorite shows after a long day exploring. Also on lower level you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.

We grew up just about 45 minutes from Hermann. Hermann was always a great day trip for us. We love the local wineries, breweries and restaurants. We bought the lot and had so much fun building this home for others to enjoy Hermann like we do.

We knew visitors would appreciate the small-town charm, the scenic beauty, and the warm hospitality that makes Hermann special. We imagined guests sipping wine on the patio, strolling through the historic streets, enjoying slow mornings with fresh pastries from local coffee shops and bakeries and ending the night at the Piano Bar.
