The second bedroom, downstairs, invites you to cozy up with two full-size beds, a single pull-out leather couch, and its own ensuite bathroom. We leave the booking party to be attuned to the going on of neighbors and respect their quiet times when they shut it down for the evening.

* Sorry, no pets outside any approved dog.
* We have security cameras on the exterior of the house on all entry ways.
* Rental agreement must be acknowledged.
