Gaze upon the flowing Savannah River and the iconic City Hall Dome from your private double balcony on the sixth floor. Furnished for your comfort, the covered terrace makes for an ideal place to sip your sweet tea or snap some social-media-worthy photos.

Make yourself comfortable in the open living space with ample room for everyone to spread out. If you want to spend an evening at home the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes. Have a snack at the extra-long breakfast bar or enjoy some family time at the four-seater dining table.

After a fun day exploring Georgia's oldest city, you'll be happy to retire to either one of the en suite bedrooms.

The city of Savannah, Georgia has a strict four (4) person max occupancy. Includes small children per HOA and Short-Term-Vacation-Rental local license requirements.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location with a drawback.

This place was very nice, clean and spacious, but the second bedroom was less than we expected. Although it had its own bathroom there was no window and the bed was abysmal if adults intend to stay in it.

Bathrooms were great. Plenty of room for 4 women to get ready. Lots of closet space. The balcony was large. Enough room for 4 people to sit. Easy to get to from the parking garage. Perfect location. We had no complaints. Perfect place.

Great location

Great location - close to River Street and all of the bars/restaurants. Balcony is a plus. Parking is a problem. The deck next to the condo was full. Had to park several blocks away on a Saturday and walk back to the condo.

Great location; Beautiful condo

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo; Bay Street Loft! The master bedroom’s bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night. Despite being right on a main street, the condo was surprisingly quiet, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was Treylor Park, conveniently located right next to the front door – their breakfast is simply amazing. The location couldn’t be better; it’s an easy walk to all the attractions. We loved visiting the Owens-Thomas House, Jepson Center, City Market, and the Savannah Riverfront, all filled with wonderful shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this condo for a perfect Savannah getaway!

Lovely Condo

The condo was perfect for our needs. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the condo as we were out exploring various things in Savannah. The time we did spend there was comfortable, quiet, and restful. The condo is located so close to so many attractions, restaurants, and bars that we never once regretted not having a rental car.

Beautiful but busy street

Gorgeous. Stayed with our Adult son. Glad to have separate bed & bath. Road noise was loud, bring a white noise machine or fan if you’re a light sleeper. Coffee was on hand which was great! Very clean. Beds comfortable. Elevator went out, but was fixed within hours. Overall great stay.

Beautiful and in perfect location

Beautiful apartment in a great location. It was very clean and we felt safe and secure. Close to everything and perfect for our girls trip! The only downside, and it’s minor, is Bay Street is busy and the traffic noise could be heard in the master bedroom at night. However, reading reviews of the city, I was prepared for that and it was not anything that would stop me from coming back and renting again. Highly recommend this place!!

Great location!

We stayed for a weekend getaway. The apartment was very spacious, and accommodated all four of us comfortably. The location was great, close enough to River Street, but far enough away for peaceful relaxation. The view was great, and everything was within walking distance. No need for a car. We would definitely stay here again!

Location and spacious

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah! This place was spacious. Walked it and was extremely clean and welcoming. Only negative is the parking situation. The parking garage listed was full all the time and we had to park in another parking garage about 8-10 min walk from the condo. Besides that everything else was great! Would stay again.

Peaceful and Great Location

I stayed here for a business trip instead of a motel. When you travel as much as I do you get tired of the hotel scene. This apartment had all the comforts of home. When I arrived i was greated with an awesome bottle of complimentary wine that hit the spot after a long 7 hour ride. When i awoke the next morning I was happy to see that there was complimentary coffee grounds and all the accessories to make a great cup of coffee. The bed slept very good as well. The couch was perfect for relaxing and watching TV or catching up on some emails after work. The location was in perfect walking distance of several great restaurants. I will definitely stay here again soon.

Baystreet Loft is not the official name of the property

The place was modern but had many flaws. Wrong name of property, wrong code to get in, gps sent us to Hotel Indigo, sent Uber to same hotel as well, no pillowcases or extra towels in guestroom. Light fixtures in guestroom bathroom (one out), limited entertainment (only one TV for entire unit,) Master bedroom blinds inoperable so could not block sunlight, curtains could not be fully closed, inappropriate change of lock during our stay, Horrible experience, we definitely would not stay there again.

Wonderful property

Nicely laid out, great location, busy street but we want it to be in the heart of everything that we were. Easy access. Clean, spacious. Very nice. The only thing we would say is it needs to be better equipped with utensils, kitchen items, it needs a blow dryer, some things like that. But nothing that was a real problem, it just wasn’t quite equipped as it should be quite yet. We did have an issue because the icemaker was not making ice, but again that’s minor for us were easy to get along with. However, they did get there and fix it so it did work by the time we left. Their communication was fast and pleasant. All good. We would stay there again.

Everything was excellent!

I am still amazed at this property and location. We could walk anywhere we wanted! The property was impeccable. Comfortable beds. Large bathrooms. Plenty of space for comfort for our family of four. Can’t wait to return!!

Beautiful place in great location

The place has quiet hours which weren’t a problem for us but should be aware of. One room is set up as a kids room (bunk bed) which was awkward with two couples. Starbucks is a very short walk from the front door and they open at 5 AM

Bay Street

This is a really great location for all the things to see on the Savannah River waterfront as it is just across the street. Very convenient to the pubic parking garage and the rear alley door makes it easy to load and off load.
