Likes - location, space, clean, as it said it would be, comfortable, all kinds of shopping close, loved the stocked kitchenDislikes - fan in one bedroom was on so high that it could have blown me away - there was no adjusting it, when I reached out the person walked me through a few things, I sent some photos b/c it didn’t seem like she was familiar with the property and she said she’d get back to me and never did; the grocery store app they promoted to use didn’t work and the customer service was crap and when I contacted them they said it was the other companies issue and they couldn’t help, they should list the parking garage as an option as street parking is extremely difficult, upstairs neighbors could be loud at times, out checkout time was at 10am but the code on the door expired by 9-9:15 had we not have had someone stay we would’ve been locked out; we did not use the pool but the pool process seemed complicated; it would be helpful to know how to get to other grocery stores or get delivery, didn’t like the minimal towels for the amount of time stayedDespite the few things we had issues with we would stay again because of price, location and overall experience

Amazing location! Lots of space for 4 people. 6 would be fine as well! Next time I could see coming with 2 moms and 4 kids…perfect for that. Clean, cute and had everything we needed. Love the exposed brick! Washed and dryers were great! Showers were nice as well! We had an issue with our keypad not working and we were communicated with and problem solved right away. Only downside is that it was a little noisey. Street noise and neighbors upstairs were noticeable. To be clear, we would stay here again!! Noise didn’t bother us but this maybe isn’t your place if you’ve got light sleepers, small kids who nap in silence or grumpy people who need complete silence to sleep.One thing that could maybe be improved…Lighting in the larger bathroom was dim. I had to keep going in the other bathroom to do my makeup.

Great place from which to explore historic Savannah

The apartment was very comfortable and was in a great location from which we could explore historic Savannah mostly on foot. The host was very responsive to our questions and helped out of a logistical issue (ours, not theirs) at the end of our stay.

Right in the middle of the historic district and such a cute property. A little loud but to be expected in an older building in the city. Everything was spotless and well appointed and the property management was very helpful throughout our stay!

Great Location

Loved our stay at this property. It is in a great location in historical Savannah. We were close to River St, City Market, and a lot of restaurants and shopping. The apartment was perfect for two couples enjoying the city. We parked our car and walked everywhere. The parking garage was confusing as there is a not a dedicated spot and most say reserved or two hour parking. We just parked our car and hoped for the best. We never stayed out very late as it was during the week and the homeless population seem to take over the squares at night. We did not use the pool on Tybee Island. Overall this apartment was perfect for us and we would return!

Good location.

Pool shouldn’t be included as it is not onsite. Also couldn’t cool down lower then 70c. Clean house with all items we needed. Extra bed should state it’s a roll away.

Beta club trip for Granddaughter

Beautifully renovated keeping the character of the home. Convenient to all shopping and 10 minute walk to River street to catch ferry to convention center. Walkable to everything . All restaurants we went to had excellent food! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back for another vacation and will stay here again!

Great Property and location

We had a great stay in downtown Savannah. This property was in the best location, a short walk from river street and Forsyth Park. The only thing to note is there is no pool on site. The pool is located on Tybee Island which is a long way from the property in Savannah.

We loved staying in this 2 bedroom apartment! It was very clean and we could walk to all of the attractions in the historic district. Staff answered our questions promptly.

Great Apartment Noisy Neighborhood

This apartment was well appointed. Two good sized bedrooms, great living space. The furnishings and amenities were nice and functional. The outside of the building, foyer and hallway were sketch looking, but once you entered the apartment you were in another world. Light and bright from large windows overlooking the street with trees. The caution on this place is the location. While literally footsteps from restaurants and shops it was very noisy. We actually called the police in the middle of the night to ask the people partying outside the place to leave. The owners provided sound machines. Highly recommend using them every night. The property manager checked in with us and we appreciated that. We would rent from this company again, but not this specific property simply because of the noise.
