Wonderful Family Vacation
This property was perfect for our family with two young children. They were able to comfortably sleep in their own beds and in a dark room (there is nothing worse than little kids waking up at 5 am with the sun). The property had everything a family needs—a washer/dryer, full kitchen, comfortable living area, and a screened-in porch with a swinging hammock chair. They even had 5 gallons of water with a cooler. We discovered there is a restaurant with breakfast at the golf club - two minutes from the property, and Flamingo Beach is within walking distance. Car rental is highly recommended, though, since Grace Beach and other larger beaches are about a mile away from the property or further (as in Sapodilla Beach), and so are the grocery store and other restaurants. Car rental also provides flexibility to do more around TCI. The property provides beach towels and bath towels. Two things that the owner should do to enhance the stay are provide darker curtains for the master bedroom and a vacuum since sand is inevitable after a day of beach. There is a broom and mop, but a vacuum would have been much easier. Other than that, this is definitely a great property.
