This spacious 2 bedrooms 2 bath house is located just 2 streets from Grace Bay Beach and Coco Bistro Restaurant in a quiet, peaceful and safe residential neighborhood. If you are looking for a new, modern, clean, affordable, kids and family-friendly rental and minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, look no furthe!

EXCELLENT stay!

Property was fabulous and exactly how described on the site. Private pool was such a great bonus. 2 full bathrooms were perfect for 5 women getting ready every day. Host was in regular contact with us and VERY accommodating. Two thumbs up here. We will be back!

Great place, near Grace Bay and off the beaten path

We had a great stay at this spacious home. It was a lovely exercise walk in the morning right onto the sands of Grace Bay. In the afternoon we would float in the pool with a cocktail and plan our dinner, which many times we cooked or grilled out at the home. The house had everything we needed for our extended stay and the icing on the cake was the snorkeling equipment and beach chairs that were provided. Beds were comfy, sheets were soft, neighborhood was quiet and well lit. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations. It made our first visit to Turks easy and very memorable. We would definitely book this villa again.

Great place to stay. They had all the amenities you would need when you go on a beach vacation. Nice clean realizing location! Would highly recommend.

Feels like home

We stayed at Hopewell Villa for 6 weeks with our 2 small dogs and everything was wonderful from the warm greeting from Norman to the well stocked house which is nestled into a quiet neighborhood. It was just what we needed and the hosts did such a nice job making it welcoming. Would recommend particularly for a longer stay.

Fantastic Stay in Paradise

Katherine is an amazing host with an equally amazing property. Centrally located in the heart of Grace Bay and having the vehicle at the villa to rent was perfect for touring the island. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property!!!!

Ken is an amazing host!!! He checked in periodically with me before and after arrival to make sure all was well. The home is clean and beautiful! The pictures are completely accurate. Ken's suggestions for activities/dining were great! I throughly enjoyed my birthday stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect stay ...could not have been better

"Sweet Escapes" is right!

We had a wonderful time here, enjoying the starry nights on the patio. The house is well appointed, with everything we needed. The island breezes blow through and we never turned the a/c on once. Would highly recommend this rental!

The place was perfect with anything needed, comfy mattress. Only drawback was we thought it was closer to the beach. It would be a fairly intense walk with beach parafernalia. We would return but feel a car is absolutely necessary.

Great stay in TCI

We had such a great time at Hopewell Villa. The house was very clean and well equipped. Jocelyn was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We appreciated her warm welcome - our flight was a bit delayed and Jocelyn was there waiting when we arrived, with cold beers, rum punch and bottled water. The pool area us great. We started and ended our days there. We had a great stay and would love to come back again!!

It's all good plus !

Can't say enough about the entire experience from booking to departure. Flawless - communication, accommodations, directions, check in - really was great. Kenoris and his family are hosts you would want at your house! Hope to get back and will tell whoever I know that goes ...they need to stay there!

Great stay!

The property was very well kept and clean. We were a family of 5 and were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the outdoor equipment, such as the chairs and umbrellas, plenty for all of us to use. The home is very close to Gracebay, the main shopping strip in Providenciales, and other beaches. We rented the owner’s van and we’re able to visit quite a few beaches in the vicinity. Our stay was a little under a week, but very pleasurable thanks to having this Hopewell villa as our base. Thank you, Ken and Norman for the hospitality! Hope to come down for a new trip soon!
