The property was everything you could ask for a family of four. It accommodated all of us with our own room and baths and yet enough space for family hangouts. Property was tucked away on a private beach away from all the hustle and bustle with a pool and spa and even a restaurant that served lunch and dinner. Only reason for four stars is due to some property mishaps with the water and ants but the host was very responsive and helpful. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here and would come back! Thank you for our wonderful stay in T&C.

Great condo away from a lot of the noise. Had an incredible time. Definitely need a rental car to get to/from town, but had no issues parking. Hosts were super responsive.

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful property as a family of 7 (4 adults 3 children). It was a bit off-the-beaten-path, but that also made it special. The pool and hot tub were wonderful to relax in during the morning before excursions as well as after a long day of adventuring. The grounds, overall, were stunning! The beach was well maintained, but it was a bit windy and wavy during our stay (with a bit of seaweed), so we didn't swim here. The owners were very responsive and helped us plan and prepare for this fun trip over Christmas! Thank you for sharing your beautiful little piece of paradise with us.

It is the perfect set up for a family vacation. The viila has everything you need. It spacious and comfortable. The hosts are exceptionally responsive, so, so helpful.We arrived days after hurricane melissa. The beach had some residual seaweed and the sea was churned up but it settled down into a lovely rolling surf. You can walk for miles in both directions and never see anyone. The pool was beautiful and quiet. We spent part of every day there.It's a bit of a drive to restaurants and attractions but the rental car was perfect.

Overall, a wonderful, quiet, secluded stay in the island. Our family was very comfortable in the sizable condo. Resort grounds are quiet and peaceful - a true oasis. Hosts were excellent and responsive. You can tell they take pride in their property and want to ensure their guests have a great stay. Kitchen well stocked. Nice to have full kitchen, fridge/freezer and washer & dryer. Restaurant onsite was handy too, though note that it's not open all day, every day. Beach was just steps away and was so beautiful. I feel like we could have benefited from a more robust set of instructions all in one place. I was chasing one email for the WIFI password, then another sheet for info on using the laundry, then the contract for check out time, etc. Then, it was completely silent on things such as what to do with the trash (we figured it out), that we'd have to supply toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent beyond the small amount allotted. It wasn't a problem necessarily for us to do so, but given the remote nature of the resort, it wasn't too easy to pop down to the local store to get a roll of TP when ours ran out.Also, a heads up in the ad about the 74 degree AC requirement would have been nice. We understand wanting to be conservative with energy and were on board and did our part, but the AC didn't seem to make it all the way to bedrooms and for us personally, we couldn't turn the ceiling fans on high because they clicked and made noises.

TCI Vacation

Highly recommend this beautiful property. We loved the condo and the amenities on site as well as the location near the national park. We will be returning this year for our second island visit. TCI has the best beaches and snorkeling by far. Thank you Steve and Susanne.

We had an excellent stay!!! The apartment is very spacious and clean! We only had a small issue with the water for three days, which I understand was due to building maintenance. The only downside was that on our last night, when we came back late from a tour, there was no water, so we had to go to bed with all the sea salt on us. Luckily, when we woke up the next morning, the water was back.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful place. The property is a bit isolated from the resorts but we picked it for that reason. It was only a 25 minute drive to the resort side.

Great location for a relaxing vacation

Our hosts were always responsive and made checking in and checking out a breeze. It’s an amazing location right next to a national park. You are far enough away from down town that you get an amazing view of the nights sky. The amenities are great. My kids loved swimming in the pool and using the kayaks at the beach!

Amazing vacation

Both the unit and North Point resort were very well maintained. Our hosts were very helpful throughout the process. This is my first experience with VRBO and we could have not have been more pleased.

Away from the crowds

Spacious and very comfortable condo with views out to the Caribbean. We particularly loved the setting, away from the crowds in Grace Bay on a beautiful stretch of empty beach. We enjoyed walking, jogging and kayaking to Northwest Point, where snorkeling was very good.

Amazing oasis

Our experience was incredible! This condo is on a lovely property with everything you could possibly need and want. There is a restaurant with great food and drinks and a lovely hot tub and pool! The beach is so wonderful with its nature and feels like a private beach! The condo was lovely for our family of 7 and w enjoyed spending time there. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen tools and that made it so easy to enjoy ! Our host was very kind and responsive :) Highly recommend!

T&C family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Dolloa. We rented a car at the airport, stopped at a supermarket on the way and arrived to the resort. The weather was very windy when we arrived, so we were very lucky to have this great, spacious, clean condo to spend our afternoon and evening. My 2 teenage kids loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom was huge. and all very clean. The resort is very nice, heated pool, nice beach, and a restaurant for lunches and dinners. We stayed for 4 nights, and never left the resort. Would love to come back!

40th birthday surprise

This was an amazing mini weekend for my hubby’s surprise birthday. He had no idea and this sweet spot at the Northwest Pointe was perfect for us to hang out, play cards, swim and have fun. We will be back!

Beautiful Property and Condo

My friends and I instantly felt at home at the condo especially due to there being a fully equipped kitchen. We are a cooking bunch so the kitchen hands down was our favorite feature of the house. We loved the physical layout of the condo and the entire property. The beautiful walkways and paths to the beach were especially beautiful and romantic. Besides the strong winds and slightly chilly evening temps, we had a wonderful stay and will surely be back’

Secluded Paradise

The property was exactly as described, communication with the owner Kevin was excellent. We mainly cooked our own meals, kitchen was fully equipped. There is a TON of space in the unit, beds were comfortable, unit was spotless. The pool area is amazing, beach is a short walk away over a boardwalk. Beach is not the best for swimming but excellent for sitting at, and the pool provided a perfect swim area. It is a drive from the other areas on the island. UT that provided quiet and the drive was not bad to shopping and excellent beaches like Taylors Bay and Grace Bay. Would definately stay here again!

Northwest Point Resort TCI

This is a beautiful resort property. Quiet and luxurious. Convenient pool and beach access. It is located quite a distance from the "action" of Grace Bay with all the resorts, restaurants and snorkeling beaches. So be prepared to drive 25-30 minutes into the main areas of Provo. Also, the last 3 km is over a rutted dirt road to opt for a larger vehicle (SUV/jeep) when renting a car. Once we figured out the scene and geography of the island, it didn't bother us but for some it may be an issue. The condo itself is gorgeous and clean. Huge amount of space; three bedrooms, three balconies. Was a very relaxing week for our family.

The Turks Tour

The property was perfect for our family of 6. There is plenty of space for a lazy day at the resort for a quiet day of sun and beach or pool. When we felt like adventuring out to the different beaches for better winds, they're all within a 20 min drive. The hosts were amazingly hospitable and responded with all the questions we had quickly. There are plenty of good restaurants and things to do on the island. Can't wait to come back! For the adventurous, my only 2 recommendations are rent a Suburban or Tahoe for some of the roads to the hidden beaches. We did it with a minivan, but wish we had a little more ground clearance on some of the off the beaten paths. Bring something for shade at the remote beaches.

Spacious and clean

The condo was extremely clean and really spacious. We loved each having our own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The resort itself is also very well maintained. The pool was great for our 3 year old and the beach was also fun - just a lot of seaweed but that didn't bother us and you can walk a bit and get to an area without seaweeds. Just keep in mind that there is no restaurant on site (at least not when we stayed) so you have to drive 15min+ to get to a grocery store or restaurant. Kevin and Susanne were very responsive and helpful. Recommended!

Condo was dirty

When we arrived the condo was dirty. Food and dishes left out. Flys everywhere. Trash overflowing. Beds were slept in. The owner was able to bring in cleaning staff but no discount was offered. The cleaning staff worked late into the night so we couldn’t use the condo for the entire first day.

Melinda, we are very sorry for this incident, the condo had not been cleaned from our previous guest. In our 9 years of renting, our cleaning service had never let us down. However, within minutes of being made aware of the problem, we had the cleaning service onsite and making things right. We followed up with you a few times to confirm everything was made right, which you told us everything was all good. We were certainly taken off guard by your review and comments. We take great pride in making sure our guests are happy, our years of 5 star reviews speak to how much we do care. We are unreservedly apologizing for this inconvenience. Northwest Point

Its difficult to put into words the beauty and peacefulness of the resort. Our family has traveled to many destinations and we all truly loved the home. The resort is very well kept and clean. Kevin and Susannes home was perfect for our family. It has a nice open area where the family could all hang out together. There are numerous balconies where you can sit and relax in the sun any time of the day. The home was equipped with everything anyone would need. We were all sad to leave as the time went by way to quickly. We all agreed we will be back. And Kevin thank you so very much for responding to my emails so quickly and for providing us with information to help us get around on the island. Everything went so smoothly. Good value

Property is located away from the rest of the island - meaning 15-25 minute drive to get to Grace Bay Beach. If it’s your first time in Caribbean’s I would recommend to choose a property closer to other amenities as you will not find any restaurants, grocery stores, bars, ice cream places or anything else that you usually do on vacation in approximate area of the condo. Pool is very nice and that’s where we spend most of the time while on property vs the beach as the beach has tons of sea grass and swimming is not that enjoayable. Beach is decent for morning walks. Condo itself included all that you needed on vacation; our unit had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; we were very comfortable in it, although I would suggest that the unit be stocked more with paper essentials such as paper towels and additional toilet paper since grocery stores are not readily available in the area. We could see water from the balconies.

Great Condo, Bad Location

The Unit : The 3 bed/3 Bath unit in Northwest Point Resort(NWP) is spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and we did. The pool and hot tub have been newly renovated and are in great shape. The pool was heated which was wonderful and the hot tub is actually hot with good jets. The balconies are have nice ocean views though this unit is the most distant from the ocean in the building. The balconies are in full sun for most of the day. We did have a maintenance issue which resulted in the loss of use of one bathroom for the entire stay. The owner is in Canada. Unfortunately, I felt the response was slow and inadequate. Location: Going to town from NWP you drive 10 minutes on a dirt road and then another 10 minutes on a paved road until you get to any services(20 minutes to gas, grocery or restaurants). It is still another 10-15 minutes to Grace Bay and tourist type restaurants. So, plan to buy groceries and cook some meals. You drive 30+ minutes on a tiny island to get anywhere and explore the many wonderful beaches and restaurants on Providenciales. The NWP beach is OK. It is usable but it is on the windward side of the island and hence can be windy which it was when we were there. It also has a lot of seagrass washing up which they do remove with a tractor but is still present. Overall: The unit itself and the resort pool and hot hub are great. If the resort was 20 minutes closer to town I would give it 5*.

Since purchasing the Condo in April 2015, we have been continuously refreshing and upgrading. We have freshly painted the entire condo, new kitchen installed, new dishwasher and small appliances, new flat screen and a wonderful new air conditioning unit to make sure you can cool down worry free.

Welcome to our Oasis. Our family purchased the condo in 2015 after falling in love with Northwest Points tropical beauty and serenity. We named our condo "Dolloa"; a tradition rooted in our rural heritage and going back generations. Feel free to ask us where Dolloa comes from, we would be happy to tell the story.
