The location was great! It did have some disappointments: We did not know renovations were taking place (noise plus no pool). The first day - no cable. The room needs some things fixed: Kitchen fauset very loose, shades on lamps loose and crooked and balcony chairs need tightening. Elevator did not work one day.

beautiful view from the balcony was a absolute pleasure to wake up to each morning. nice, comfy sofa to hang out on as well. the host, gary was very responsive and accommodating.

Good Beach Location with the Basics

Perfect place for a beach view and access. Property Manager indicated pool was under construction, place is good if you just want a place to shower after the beach and sleep. Parking lot did not allow for actual number of guests so we had to find other places to park and walk. We did not use shared washer/drier or other noted amenities since we had family in area.

Very cozy

We had a wonderful time. The room was cozy and comfortable and very relaxing. Gary checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we may have. Overall we had a great time and will be coming back soon!

Weekend getaway

Very cute condo right in the beach. Easy access to beach. Quiet building. Amazing views and great balcony to sit on and sip a drink while taking in the water. Although kitchen is small it is well stocked with the essentials. It was great to arrive and find ice in the icemaker. Nex was comfortable and reclining couch was a plus.Only tealReason for 4 stars is that the listing did notMention the pool was under construction ( did not find this out until after booking non refundable stay when owner reached out). Other than that would recommend a stay if you want to be away from the craziness ofDowntown Daytona.

Room was adequate but some issues

1 The room itself is quite adequate and in good condition, however the balcony furniture seems to be unstable.2 It is very difficult to rinse soap from lower body with nothing but a rain head. There needs to be a handheld added. 3 You failed to reveal that construction is still going on with lots of noise and distractions. 4 You also failed to reveal that the pool and deck are not open due to construction and there is no way to access the beach other than walk down the beach drive access which is dangerous.

Great view

The view was excellent and it was reasonably priced given the construction to the area. The construction from the Hurricanes is noticeable but didn’t disturb my stay. The owner was very communicative. The beach area where the condo is situated isn’t very busy so it was peaceful during the day. The main part of the beach is close by if you want to go to where it’s busy. Overall it was fairly priced.

Enjoyed every moment! Must admit I was hesitant because of other people’s reviews. I’m glad I didn’t listen to them! Some people are very critical. The building was under construction with the roof and pool. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay. Why wife and I would love to have another getaway there.

Great location

I was in town for an event at the convention center. It was a short drive with easy accessibility. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries prior to my stay.

Gary's Place

The location was phenomenal for ocean views and proximity to adventures and dining experiences. It was a pleasure to come home to the reclining sofa and the rain head shower! Some updating would help, but for the price it's a gem!

Beach getaway

Had a really great time at this condo, had everything we needed (fridge stove sink etc) right on the water, super easy to get to the beach. Pool was being redone due to storm damages. This location was right on the strip and convenient to restaurants and stores. Had a great time and will likely be back!

Great place, comfy bed!

Gary was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. Great seaside location, quiet, affordable, and perfect for my stay. Plenty of restaurants and shopping a short walk or drive away. Thanks for having me, Gary!

This place was a nightmare.

Definitely false advertisement. There is no working pool, or gym. This place was dirty. Burners on the stove didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush properly, kitchen faucet was not attached, and very loose. The inside of the microwave had rust throughout. also, the door frame was busted where the chain lock meets the door.. The door itself was pretty flimsy. As a single woman staying there I felt very unsafe. When I contacted the host to let him know, he was very argumentative, and only made excuses. I booked this place for four nights, from December 25 through the 28th. He finally agreed after complaining about how much Verbo was going to charge him… he said he would refund 200 if I just stayed the entire four nights. I thought that was very odd and creepy. I finally agreed just to recoup some of my money. Of course, after that first night, I did not stay! I only recouped 200 of that for a one night stay..
