Stay in the heart of downtown Waco just steps from the Magnolia Silos, Austin Avenue, and top dining and shopping. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps seven and features adjustable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV with cable, Wi-Fi, electronic blinds, and designated parking. With walkable attractions and a Baylor shuttle nearby, it’s a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring Waco.

This condo puts you right where you want to be. Located in downtown Waco, you’re just steps from the Magnolia Silos, with Fabled Bookstore around the corner, Spice Market up the street, and Austin Avenue two blocks away. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown attractions are all within easy walking distance. For Baylor events, a stadium shuttle picks up just two blocks away, making trips to McLane Stadium, the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame, and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame simple and stress-free. Traveling with kids? The Mayborn Museum and Cameron Park Zoo are nearby, and BSR Cable Park is only about 15 minutes away.

The Condo
This industrial yet cozy condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 beds sleeping up to 7 guests. Each bedroom is stylishly decorated, with comfortable linens and thoughtful details throughout. Two of the beds feature adjustable heads, including a Tempur-Pedic and a Beautyrest Black, for added comfort. The bathrooms are spacious and stocked with personal amenities.

Gather together around the dining area, or relax on the comfortable furniture to watch a movie or game on the 72-inch Samsung Frame TV. The living room TV includes streaming apps and cable, and Wi-Fi is provided throughout the space. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals or quick snacks, and electronically controlled window blinds make it easy to adjust lighting throughout the condo. Families are welcome, and a pack ’n play is available upon request.

Building Notes
The building offers easy access with a rear ramp and two elevators. One designated parking space is located directly behind the building. As with most downtown locations, guests may experience typical city sounds. Guests must be 21 or older to book.

The host was communicative throughout our stay. The property is conveniently close to Baylor. The loft was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed. Highly recommended and will be staying here for our future visits.

Very very cool loft, walkable to lots of great places downtown. Parking spot and unloading zone made it easy to get in and out. Very nice updated bathrooms w real tile tubs and showers and nice double sinks. Plenty of space to spread out. Just now there is street noise so if you’re a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs and eye mask for light that comes in from high windows. Kitchen , dining and appliances all nice and up to date, too!

Cute Waco loft

Cozy and Convenient Loft

We had an amazing time staying in this gorgeous, luxury loft! From the decor and the cleanliness to the coziness to the greatly appreciated baby gear, everything was perfect and made a weekend getaway easy and comfortable. This loft is literally walking distance to tons of entertainment and things to do, we hardly used our cars the whole time we were there. We left wishing we could stay longer and hope to visit again!

Sister Time at the Loft

Loft living for the weekend was fabulous! Loved the warehouse/industrial vibe while also providing a wonderfully warm and comfortable place to reconnect with my sisters. Shopping and great food only a few walkable blocks away. Perfect! Thank you!

Eclipse Excitement

What a wonderful location for our family to meet! Three little ones and four adults. We explored Waco and the surrounding area the days before the eclipse and then observed it from the countryside. The layout is great, the interior is very inviting, and the proximity to downtown is perfect. Thank you!

The place looked amazing and the beds were SO comfortable. The loft bed had real steps up to it which was really nice. There were 5 of us staying there and we had 4 cars with us and finding available street parking was easy enough. The location was really convenient. My only complaint was that the kitchen wasn't super well stocked and that and limited counter space made it a bit difficult to cook for our size group.
