Beach Paradise!!

The location was perfect. Literally walking distance to the white sand and blue water. Lagoon side was a bonus to our stay! Condo fully equipped, clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this one here! Will definitely make this our top pick when vacationing on PCB in the future!

Check in process was the first of our disappointments. Check in is at 4pm. We requested early check in and they told us it would’ve had to be requested 5 days before, but they will let us know if the unit was available before 4. They never did. We git there at 3:40pm and try to get in but the door lock wouldn’t work. I contacted them and told me that the door lock will not work until 4pm. At this point is 3:55pm and here we are at the door with all our luggage and groceries, and very tired 3yo twins. At 4pm we tried the lock again and still wouldn’t work. I contacted them and around 4:10 they replied saying that the contract has not been signed and they wouldn’t be able to activate the lock until I returned the contract signed. I wonder why in the world they wouldn’t let me know that in the first place. SMH.Place had sand on the floors and in some of the beds. Some of the utensils in the drawers were dirty too.The place is old and not well maintained. It doesn’t look like in the pictures.The dryer didn’t work. It was hard to stay by the beach and not having access to a dryer to dry your towels and bathing suits. Apparently they knew this was an issue prior to our arrival but it was not taken care of timely so we suffered the consequences. Although they reimbursed some money for the inconvenience, we still feel it was extremely absurd to pay the kind of money we paid for this place. The only great thing about it is the location. Location is perfect!

Condo was very nice. Ceiling fan are hard to figure out and the gentleman caulking and painting on my balcony when I pulled back the curtain on a Saturday morning was uncomfortable but all in all I would stay here again

Dolphin mornings

Great view, saw dolphins off the coast while sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee. Lots of space. Not far from all the restaurants. Only knock on the place is no shower curtain, in the master bath. Be sure to move the tp holder, it's gonna get wet in there.

Wonderful location

The bathing situations of this property are probably the only big complaint.. the jacuzzi tub would not work, and the shower in it was a little awkward. The guest shower was older. All of the cabinets could have used a good Clorox wipe down as there was a lot of grime built up. The beds were comfortable and everything else was clean. The views were spectacular and distance to either beach was a short walk. Kids loved the whole stay.

Awesome Place for Vacation!

Beautiful place and absolutely perfect for my family of six! Spectacular overlook of the Gulf, close walk to the beach, and overall great location. Most VRBO's don't start you with much, so knew that going in but it would be helpful to provide guests with a few extra amenities such as a few extra rolls of toilet paper, another pack of dishwasher tabs, maybe an extra roll of paper towels and a couple extra garbage bags. All super low cost items but end up taking the hassle out of having to haul them there or go get them upon arrival. By no means a complaint, we knew that going in - just a suggestion. Thanks for a great vacation!

PBC 247

The Palm Beach Club is under maintenance- painting and window replacement! Close the blinds - workers are present by 7:30am. The first night of our stay included a strong storm/tornado. The scaffolding fell down during the storm, leaving debris, glass, sand all over the property and on our cars. Power was out for 18 hours and the fire alarms woke up the entire complex at 5:25am the following morning. No air conditioning for 18 hours. The flooding caused the elevator and pool to be closed our entire duration. Fort Pickens was closed all week. We could not see the Blue Angels practice. The balconies are small, only two persons comfortable at a time. The master bedroom bath door could not be closed, the door is too big for the frame. The parking is tight, bring a small car, definitely not a truck like we did. Bring EVERYTHING you need - no coffee filters or spices, limited kitchen supplies. We had to buy a sharp knife. The bathrooms are inside bedrooms so no bathroom on the living level. The main table was broken and not replaced. Bring your Netflix logins. The location allows excellent views of the gulf, easy access to the beach and trolley. The public beach was extremely crowded on the weekends, with loud music. I have always loved the pink condos at the end of the strip, they are now blue.

Starting off with the good; communication with host was excellent. I received a welcome text after arrival, checking to see if we needed anything. After checkout we realized we had forgotten a cooler and the door code wasn’t working anymore and they immediately sent us a new code so we could get it. Here’s the bad: the dryer and the dishwasher do not work. Also could’ve been a little cleaner: there was an area between the fridge and counter that hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Another few things that we noticed: in the living room there are two wall anchors sitting in the wall - this could easily be remedied with some spackle and touch up paint. The front door handle was broken as well. This place could be amazing - just needs a little TLC.
