This was our second stay at this condo this year. Nancy is very easy to work with and it is always easy to communicate with her. Her condo is clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for the week. We have stayed in various units at Sabine for the last 20 years and it’s our favorite complex. We love the amenities and we especially love the view of the bay. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great Stay

Spent 3 days with less than ideal weather so the property became very important. It’s got a comfy home feeling so you don’t get disappointed waiting for the weather to clear. The owner went over and above to make sure everything was right. Great stay thank you!!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pensacola Beach. Unit 2C had most everything we needed.The location is centrally located about 1 mile from Pegleg Pete's and 1 mile to Casino Beach. The free Trolley was also conveniently located right across the street. Beach access is a bit more of a walk, which was fine for us as we prefer to pack up the car and go to Ft. Pickens for a full beach day. We also like morning or evening walks on the beach and just headed down just past the Holiday Inn to access the beach.The pool and property was all around well kept and management and tenets were friendly. There was a place to store kayaks/paddle boards and boat launch. We hope to take advantage of that in the future. The unit also had a Keurig/drip coffee maker offering both options and even some coffee, cream, and sugar was available. Also, everything you'd need for the beach was there, but we had brought our own.We loved everything about this unit and location and hope to come back next year.

Excellent location

Nice harbor views, clean and comfortable apartment. Close walk to beach and easy to get around. Nancy is very communicable which makes booking, checking in and out easy.

Long Weekend

This property was perfect for us. Loved the location, proximity to beach access, pool, workout room and sauna. Nancy has everything you would need for your stay, whether it's eating in or heading to the beach for the day.

The accommodations were very nice we enjoyed the view and thought the apartment was comfortable. Needs more coffee cups. I hate to run the dishwasher for so few dishes so I ended up hand washing dishes. Overall great place.

Snowbirding

We had a relatively short snowbird stay of 3 weeks and we enjoyed it very much, at least until the snowstorm of the century! Nancy is very accommodating and so responsive to the couple of questions that we had. The condo was very clean and had most everything we needed. The only thing I purchased while there was a meat thermometer. Everything else was provided. She supplies an abundance of linens and towels. We’ve stayed in 5 different units in Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club over the past 15-20 years and hers ranks at the top of the list. We definitely hope to stay again in the not too distant future.

Quiet Winter Family Visit to Pensacola Beach

This is my third visit to this property. All three visits have been during the off-season, so if one visits during the summer months there will be more beach traffic. If you enjoy a quiet beach destination in the off-season, you have come to the right place. Excellent location, and the condo is well-equipped for a short-stay or an extended stay. Great kitchen so one needn't eat out. Excellent porch with views of Sabine Bay on the Santa Rosa Sound.

A very very nice stay

We stayed at Nancy’s property on Fort Pickens Road for our honeymoon in Pensacola, Florida and the property was very cleanly. It was the check in process was very easy and the overall accuracy of the listing was very nice. We really really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay here again.

Have stayed in this condo before & it is my favorite! Everything you need is there & it is so comfortable & tastefully decorated! The host really pays attention to details like a lanyard for your key & a wrist key as well as instructions for anything you might have a question anout.

Beautiful gulf vacation!

Condo very nice. Close to all areas, beach 2 block walk to public entrance. Beautiful bay view. Pool was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

great one bedroom condo

This condo is very well equipped. Within walking distance for us (65 and 69 years oldsters) to all the restaurants and nightlife of Pensacola beach. Love the view of the sound and occasional dolphins off the back deck! the only slight change i would make is taller chairs on back deck to better sit and see over railing but we will rent here again and loved our week here.

Minor glitches

Loved location, amenities, etc. Bathroom fan not functioning. Unable to close and lock patio door screens. Other than that loved the place and would recommend it.

Terrific getaway.

The condo is exactly as appears in photos, very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and i slept well. No noise from other condos. Proximity to EVERYTHING terrific, parking very easy on grounds, and basement laundry area has a vending machine when you must have M and Ms! To see the sunset, I stayed out on the dock. To see sunrise, just go out the front door. All convenient. Definitely plan to return. Thank you, Nancy.

Top notch condo!

Condo was so nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Temps dropped one day and Nancy even reached out to make sure we knew how to operate the heat. It was a fabulous stay! We will be back!
