Unit 2C at Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is excellent property. Clean and well decorated with great view of the bay. Host communicated well. Very good visit.

We have stayed in various units in Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club for the past 20 years or so, but this condo is by far our favorite. We’ve booked it several times because it meets all our expectations for the perfect stay at Pensacola Beach. The condo is very clean and well stocked with everything we need for a relaxing vacation. We love the location and the serene view from the balcony. It’s within walking distance to the beach and various restaurants and shops. Nancy is a pleasure to work with. She keeps us informed every step of the process and is very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this property.

Self check in was not smooth. Info on website was hard to find.Code to get in at night was incorrect. Sliding door-would be nice if screen door would pull closed.The description of condo said the beach was across the street, which it was, but it was fenced and private property! Too far to walk with beach gear. We drove to the beach day.The condo was nice and had a great beach view.

The code to get into the building is up to date but there is a lot of information because the building code is different from the lockbox code and the front and back door are different . I'm not sure if there's a way for me to attach a photo on the response but I have one with the screen door closed. There's a black button that you have to pull down on to get it to close all the way if you don't pull down on that button it won't engage.. Directly across the street there is a fenced area along the beach but just on the other side of the Holiday inn approximately 200 yds from our building there is a public access and I provide a cart for carrying beach chairs etc. I try to include all information with a sheet in the unit and as much as I can add to the welcome guide and little notes around the unit but if anybody has questions about operating the door where the beach access is etc I try to be available 24/7 for text or calls.. I used to attach a map of beach access points but VRBO updated their software and I'm not sure if I can still do that .Maybe I need to leave one in the unit or leave directions to the closest one.

Excellent location

Nice harbor views, clean and comfortable apartment. Close walk to beach and easy to get around. Nancy is very communicable which makes booking, checking in and out easy.

Great Stay

Spent 3 days with less than ideal weather so the property became very important. It’s got a comfy home feeling so you don’t get disappointed waiting for the weather to clear. The owner went over and above to make sure everything was right. Great stay thank you!!

Long Weekend

This property was perfect for us. Loved the location, proximity to beach access, pool, workout room and sauna. Nancy has everything you would need for your stay, whether it's eating in or heading to the beach for the day.

A very very nice stay

We stayed at Nancy’s property on Fort Pickens Road for our honeymoon in Pensacola, Florida and the property was very cleanly. It was the check in process was very easy and the overall accuracy of the listing was very nice. We really really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay here again.
