I bought and designed this property to have a beautiful, high end primary home look and feel, not to be your standard short term stay experience that doesn't meet expectations with cheap and uncomfortable furniture.

I've been traveling the world and short-term renting it out while I've been on the road. You'll notice the personal touches and design details immediately upon walking in.

The house
This Modern luxurious Villa features the best Arizona has to offer. The backyard is a private & pristine oasis of appealing amenities that include a massive pool with multiple waterfalls and water features, grill, covered cabana, dining furniture, & a beverage fridge. Sunbathe on one of the comfortable lounge chairs or daybeds. A ton of space to enjoy one of the many games, seating, relaxing, and never needing to leave your personal resort.

The space

From the 12' ceilings to the spacious open floor plan with large patio doors that open and bring the inside/outside. The entire home is built to be lived inside/out with plenty of room for entertaining and dining.

We provide a flexible check-in with a keypad and custom code - All the amenities you can think of, and even the ones you forget to ask about - Recommendation list of local restaurants, bars, and fun family activities.

The home has 5 bedrooms with the following sleeping situation:
Room 1: King
Room 2: Queen & Sofa Bed (for 1)
Room 3: Queen
Rpom 4: Queen
Room 5: Queen Sofa Bed (this bedroom doesn't have a door)

There are also 2 air mattresses and a large couch in the living room.

*Heated pool & spa available for extra depending on the length of stay!

The neighborhood
The Arcadia neighborhood is trendy & upscale. Close to Old Town Scottsdale (7 minutes) & Spring Training. Close to many coffee shops, upscale brunches & restaurants like The Vig, The Porch, & Hash Kitchen. Within a mile of breweries like OHSO & 10 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood is centrally located to golf in North Scottsdale or attend the Scottsdale Open (30 minutes) & hit a hike of Camelback Mountain (7 minutes.)

The Old Town shops are definitely a favorite to go and peruse, as is Fashion Square mall (many stores and wonderful restaurants like Nobu and Toca Madera) which are both about 6 minutes away.
