Welcome to your Central Scottsdale getaway! This home is bright, modern, and fun, and perfect for your group. You will live the good life here!

The house was designed with large groups and families in mind, and the location is second-to-none, with quick and easy access to the famous Old Town Scottsdale. Golfing, dining, shopping, and entertainment are just minutes away.

Comfortably sleeping up to 15 guests across 4 bedrooms, this newly remodeled home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

When you’re not out exploring Scottsdale Quarter or golfing at the world class TPC, enjoy plenty of fun in the sun in the private pool, available to be heated year-round, hot tub, and putting green. The spacious patio, complete with a grill, is perfect for evening BBQs or just kicking back with a refreshing drink. Cheers!

Inside, this brand new kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and the downstairs rec room with foosball adds a fun touch for the whole group to enjoy.

A starter pack of essentials - paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning products, hand soap and shower sets - is supplied to make your stay as convenient as possible.

This is a beautiful property located in a great neighborhood. It was very private and quiet. We loved the fun design of the house and we enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub. Communication was great before during and after her stay. We would definitely book this place again!

Very nice place took 12 guys on a trip to golf and had plenty of room for everyone is this house. Pool was great and hot tub was wonderful!

Very nice!

Very nice property and accommodations. The backyard and pool area were a great place to bask in the sun. Everything was very clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Scottsdale.

Awesome stay for a big group!

We had 13 girls here and had an awesome time. The backyard was spacious along with the inside of the house. Make sure to buy extra toilet paper because there was not a lot. Would stay again!

Amaziningly Beautiful and Awesome

I would definitely recommend this home to my friends. It was beautiful and amazing, we had a great time. If I ever go back to Scottsdale this is the house I would rent again.

Great Property

This was a great property. It has everything you need for a great basecamp in the Phoenix area. Also nice that it's on a cul-de-sac and a larger lot. The putting green is nice, as well as the pool, and horseshoes. Accommodations were perfect.

A great extra long weekend

We visited with three other couples from Nov 1-5. Great place to relax and socialize, issue with the hot tub that was outside of the owners control. Would highly recommend staying

Great place for multigenerational vacation!

We had the downstairs bedroom & bathroom. Our kids and grandkids had the upstairs. We loved having the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come here again.

Amazing yard and great location!

We had the best time on our girls trip and will definitely stay in this house again. Perfect yard and pool for outdoor fun and quick uber trip to Old Town for nightlife. Beds were comfy and house was clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was great and everything was very organized. Thanks for the great weekend!

Clean, comfortable and awesome pool area

We rented this house for a family get together. It was comfortable, clean, and had all of the necessities. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time on the patio. It's in a great location, close to top golf, casino, and Old Town Scottsdale. I would definitely rent it again without hesitation.

Great stay in Scottsdale

The house was perfect for us - 3 couples and one baby. We really enjoyed hot AZ days in the pool, cooking great meals, and spending lots of time together. The house is really close to Top Golf (which the guys loved) and walking distance to a running/walking path. I would definitely recommend this house to someone looking to stay in Scottsdale with all the amenities of home.

From our 1st day to our last. The house is perfect. Has everything you could need in a home away from home. Centrally located to just about everything. Only minutes from old town and the highways. This place is a 10 out of 10

Wedding get together

Flew our family of 6 into PHX to meet our son's wife. Balloon fest was close, Old Scottsdale, Talking Stick and TopGolf are nearby! The house was great, everything worked well, and the pool and hot tub provided plenty of entertainment.
