Enjoy your holiday in Kaprun in our Landhaus Lodges Kaprun - Johann and book the best possible price directly at the owner.Holiday in Austria: Cosy lodges, green meadows and snowy mountainsides. Our country style lodge Johann creates this typical Kaprun feeling. The highlight: The panoramic pool for warm summer days and the almost SKI IN – Ski OUT (5 walking minutes to the slope) during the winter months.You will stay on your private storey during your days in Kaprun. The total of four sleeping rooms are located on one floor but also includes one gallery with two extra beds. From the gallery one is able to see the vast living room, which is furnished with plenty of wood. Further you have access to your private garden, which comes with a fireplace. The external staircase leads to the panoramic pool, where you can enjoy the sun in our loungers. Of course we provide free parking and Wifi.The kitchen is fully equipped: It comes with a fridge/freezer, micro wave, oven, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Further our guests will find a common laundry machine and an iron/board. The area: The skiing slope can be easily reached by foot (350m) and gives you direct access to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. Further Kaprun offers a variety of restaurants for every taste – Weather you are looking for typical Austrian food or international dishes. Our guests will find a range of shopping possibilities only 400m away (ADEG, Neumair etc.). For all golfers, the region provides 36 holes at the Gulf Club Zell am See (6km). The next airport “Salzburg Airport” can be reached by car or train (around 1,5h, 80km).

Great experience for a summer vacation

Large spacious well equipped apartment in a beautiful spot on the hill. Spend four days out of the planned six but still enjoy it very much.

Plenty of room for everybody. Nice Kitchen with all, that wee needed. Fantastic garden and pool. The kids enjoyed it very much. Almost everything was perfekt ) to get a few things fixed: The railing to the bed loft, the pole in the pool and the light different places. That's all.

First of all the the location is perfect. ( Mountain View and City view) You will need a car to get there.The service is better then any other, they will reply to your message right away. We went there as a family and had kids and they were very understanding with the check-in and check-out. We reached there few hours earlier then the check-in time but they let us check-in earlier, as well as with check-out, they gave us few more hours to check out. They place is very clean and they have everything you need from bathroom stuff ( soap, toilet paper etc.) till kitchen stuff. They were very nice and recommend us some cool places to visit as family. I would visit this place again and will 100% recommend it. You won’t regret going there. My family are overjoyed with everything. The internet connection wasn’t the best but you won’t really need internet, coz the landscape is phenomenal.

Geweldig uitzicht

Netheid viel wat tegen. Dit heeft voornamelijk te maken met mankementen in het appartement zelf. het feit dat de vorige huurders geen mankementen hadden aangegeven bij verhuurder, zorgde ervoor dat verhuurder hier niet helemaal van op de hoogte was. De meeste mankementen zijn door ons aangegeven en zover het kon direct verholpen. Al met al een prettig verblijf.

Great apartment with stunning views

From the start we had excellent communication from we rent, queries answered quickly. Good customer service. The apartment was in a great location for the slopes. A little walk down the hill to the town for restaurants but nothing too arduous. Billa supermarket closer for essentials if you take a short cut. The apartment was lovely and warm and beds were comfortable. The large bathroom was luxurious. Some attention needed to the smaller shower rooms as the showers heads were not great. Larger towels!

Sehr schön, jedoch nicht ungestört

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön, man konnte sich trotz Nachbarn sehr gut entspannen. Jedoch waren die Reinigungskräfte störend, sie haben uns ständig gesagt, dass es nicht sauber ist während unseres Aufenthaltes, was wir anders sahen. Dennoch muss man sagen, dass es sich voll und ganz gelohnt hat dorthin zu fahren.

Ein schönes Haus mit netten Wohnung in bester Lage. Leider gab es einige Probleme mit der B

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir kamen auch mit vielen Personen gut unter. Die Infrastruktur im Haus war sehr gut und vollkommen ausreichend. Das Landhaus Anke liegt leicht über Kaprun, der Ortskern ist allerdings fußläufig zu erreichen. Unser einziges Problem stellte die Bezahlung dar. Hier wurden vom direkten Vermieter und von der Agentur die 2. Mietzahlung doppelt eingezogen und auch nach mehrmaliger Rücksprache nicht rückerstattet. Das Haus ist sehr schön, aber in der Kombination mit den Problemen bei der Bezahlung leider nicht für einen entspannten Urlaub zu empfehlen.
