Beautiful Farmhouse designed home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It has a beautiful kitchen with a bathroom and 2 bedrooms located on the first level. House includes 50 inch TVs, ample lounging areas. Ideal for 8 people! This Home has all the basic amenities including Wi-Fi. Two car garage, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living spaces.
Recreation center located to the east with pool and soccer fields. Shopping centers are south 2 miles. The Rocky Mountain Arsenal, Ladora lake (allows fishing), and many hiking trails are 1 mile north.
The property has a big backyard with outdoor dining, great for relaxing and cooking on the BBQ grill.
