Waterfront two bedroom cottage with ample parking

Perfect for fishermen. The sliding glass doors are very convenient for bringing fishing rods inside.
There is a boat launch three lots down from the property that is usable at least as low as 165 water level. Also, it’s five minutes from Ole Yeller/1215 launch, and only 15 minutes from Toledo town. Zwolle is only 15 minutes as well. Five minutes from Shell Station. Ample space to park a boat, and has outdoor outlet for charging.

It has Wifi.

The property is accessible by boat even with the water level at 165, which is 7ft below full pool.
I cannot guarantee a bug free experience. The property is waterfront and naturally has bugs from time to time. We do the routine pesticide sprays and try to provide the least buggy experience possible. The vast majority of guests never mention anything about bugs.

My stay

Grass wasn't cut. No, cooking utensils. Screen door missing, wasnt able to enjoy screen porch at all. Dock was shambles. Would not recommend this rental to any of my friends.

Nice little camp. Nothing extravagant which is what i prefer. The floating dock needs repair but the owner is working on it. Its nice to have a boat launch 3 lots over and not have to travel miles by boat and land to get everything to the camp.

Families with children be careful!

Various stages of disrepair. Bottom step broken/rotted. Screens on porch unattached (nothing to restrict bugs), kitchen chair broken, recliner broken, a/c units were a positive aspect.Septic tank (I assume) drains into backyard leaving an area always muddy. Dock is unsafe!

Overall satisfied with property. Disappointed that we couldn’t use the dock. That’s where we were gonna fish from as we didn’t have a boat. Also there was sewage draining in the back yard which was quite smelly at times. Otherwise pleased with property.

Fair place but needs updating

Clean and plenty of room inside. Parking a boat trailer is definitely a challenge. Have to back in and park in grass. The property needs a little work but overall it’s worth staying there due to convenience to fishing areas.

Great location.

Treasure Island is a great place to stay. Easily accessed. Close to the beach. Friendly guests and staff. Would definitely stay here again. (Only one small complaint is the floors were gritty upon check in.)

Nice & Quiet

This is such a peaceful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our little get away! The dock was broken due to Mother Nature, but the host did inform us quite a bit before our arrival and again the day of so we were able to make some alternate fishing plans. We would definitely stay here again!

Fishing Trip

The cabin was ok. Could have been a bit cleaner. I booked strictly for fishing so not an issue. What was the issue was the floating dock was not usable and the stove did not work. Don’t message me the day that I arrive and tell me that I cannot use the dock because it needs repair. If these items were repaired, I would book again

Handicapped availability

Purpose of booking vacation was dock access, but failure to advise it is floating dock which was not easy for not even cane also dock was damaged and weren't told until day of arrival had we known earlier we wouldn't have booked at all.
