Clean space, washing and drying facilities, plenty of sleeping space for family of 5, easy enough to fit of away the bed in lounge for better seating in evening or daytime. Close to train and tram stops.

A great location to stay with family on your Berlin experience.

The apartment is located in a great and friendly neighborhood in Berlin. Next to bus, tram, and trains to easily get around Berlin. The neighborhood has many cafes, restaurants, and bars to make your experience memorable. The apartment is one that I would gladly stay at on my next visit to Berlin.

Roomy flat with plenty of doors for privacy in a trendy neighborhood

Our stay here was super! Aside from a non-functional coffee maker (which owner planned on replacing after our stay), the place was perfect! Plenty of doors allowed for privacy and quiet given that I am an early-riser and my two friends preferred to sleep later. I was able to putter around the kitchen and bathroom without waking anyone. Plenty of linens. Very close to bakeries, cafes, and grocery store. The vibe of the neighborhood is young hipster couples with small children which comes with great cafes and restaurants. With that said, the flat is on a relatively quiet street. It allowed for easy access to much of the downtown sights. Owner was super responsive to our needs. I would absolutely stay here again!

ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Berlin. Eine schöne, zweckmäßig eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung in toller Lage; gute Verkehrsanbindung, nette Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir empfehlen das Appartement gerne weiter.

Fabulous flat in a great neighborhood

We had a great stay. The flat is well-stocked, spacious, and in arguably one of the best neighborhoods on the Continent! You're steps away from cafes, bakeries, and everything that makes Prenzlauer Berg great. The tram is less than a block away, and the S-Bahn is only a few steps further. Two full-service grocery stores are within a block (one organic or, as they identify it in Germany, "bio"). With all that said, it's a super quiet street (which is important, as the flat is ground level). Our host was very responsive during our stay. All in all, it was a great experience.

Nice and peaceful apartment.

This is a great location for a stay in Berlin. Many restaurants close by and convenient distance to the S-Bahn for transportation to the city centre which is only 10 min away. Michele was a great host with very fast and accurate responses and helpful prior to our visit. I can highly recommend this appartment.

Big and cheap in nice location

"This was a nice convenient place to stay for our trip. The location is very nice with many parks, good restaurants and nice shops within walking distance. Inside there was plenty of space for us, with a very comfortable bed, a fully functional kitchen and even a washing machine. We never met Michele in person but he was very responsive by email and even fixed a minor problem we had with the internet service at the apartment."

Nice place, great stay!

Michele was very acurate in his communication before our trip to Berlin. The flat was everything he promised in his text on Airbnb. And Prenzlauerberg is a great part of lively Berlin with lots and lots and lots of nice places to eat and drink. Especially in the evening, in the streetlights, everything seemed to come to life. A great stay!

Nice apartment with all amenities, great location

Nice apartment with all amenities. Great neighborhood with all sorts of restaurants and bars. Also conveniently located by the Prenzlauer allee S-bahn train line that gave us quick access to the rest of Berlin. The apartment is actually a 1-bedroom, but the living room can be converted into a second bedroom with two sofa beds. It is on the ground floor with the two main (bed)rooms leading to the street, but the street is very quiet. We had a minor issue with the Internet access, which was immediately resolved by Michele. Very efficient check in process and communication.

Fun neighborhood with a great vibe, easy access

This apartment is in a great location 'off the beaten path' but accessible to Mitte by Tram or Train and within walking distance there are too many excellent restaurants and shops. Michele was extremely responsive to requests, and our family of six felt safe and secure in this ground floor apartment! Do not hesitate to rent this apartment!"

Perfect city apartment

We stayed at the apartment over the new years and had an amazing time. We had a very comfortable stay with everything we needed being provided. The apartment was perfect for a city break being located centrally for all the tourist attractions and only a 2 minute walk to the train station, supermarket and various bars and restaurants. Beakers bar across the road was a great place to relax after a day or sight seeing or to nurse our hangovers from the night before. Great food and pleasant staff. The owner of the apartment, Michele was very friendly and a delight to work with during the booking and I would happily stay here again when I return to Berlin. An amazing apartment for a great price!

Winter Break

A really great flat, in a lovely location. It is close to the S-Bahn and Prenzlauerberg is a fun location for bars and eateries. The flat was clean and cosy. The only issue of concern would be that some of the light bulbs needed replacing meaning that it could sometimes be a little dark. The owners were extremely helpful and offered every assistance to make our stay pleasant. I'd certainly look to stay again the next time I was in Berlin. Recommended for families and groups of friends who don't mind sharing rooms.

Nice apartment in nice area

Enjoyed a very pleasant 3-day stay here with my wife and three children en route to Poland. Fortunate enough on the day of our arrival to meet the owner (Michele) who was extremely friendly and happy to provide further information about the apartment, the neighbourhood and Berlin itself. The accommodation is fairly basic but clean and with a degree of character: the rooms (all with attractive wooden floors) were clean, the beds were all very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom well designed. Loved the local area, especially the small parks dotted around where the children were able to go and play table tennis in the evening; the German restaurant just two blocks away served a substantial and delicious meal; the mini supermarket on the same block had an ample supply of everything we needed to cook our own meals; and it was really easy to catch a tram to take us straight to Alexanderplatz in the centre of Berlin.

OTTIMA SISTEMAZIONE!

Sistemazione davvero perfetta. Tra i quartieri belinesi Prenzlauer Berg è forse quello più animato e,al contempo, vivibile, specie con bambini al seguito. L'appartamento è in posizione strategica, a poche centinaia di metri dalla fermata della metropolitana ed è pulitissimo, dotato di ogni confort ed arredato con gusto. E' un pian terreno con ingresso ed esposizione diretta sulla strada, ma questo, quantomeno a Berlino, non costituisce un problema, né in termini di privacy, né in termini di sicurezza. Per qualsiasi problema e necessità potete comunque contare sulla gentilezza, disponibilità ed ospitalità di Michele, il padrone di casa. Assolutamente da visitare, la domenica, il vicino mercatino delle pulci al Parco del Muro. Insomma, consigliatissimo! Fabio

Perfect little Pad

Michele's flat it's Fantastic!

I speak in my language: es un piso muy acogedor, completamente equipado, buena ubicacion (en un barrio hermoso y con buen transporte a todos lados (U-bahn, S-bahn, Tram)); ademas muy agradable la confianza y buena onda del dueño. Todo fue perfecto y a pesar del frio intenso de Berlin (diciembre-enero), llegar al piso era como un sueño!
