There was a lot of things wrong with this property. Dust and dead cockroahes under beds Broken blinds in bedroom No plugs in sinks No kettle and a hot water machine that didn't work. Broken garden furniture Grass knee high in places unable to lay round the pool ,Oleander bushes over grown. Pool not clean and cracked so water was all over flowing onto patio.

Tired and showing it’s age

Villa shabby outside and in. Oven on the blink. Sink had hole behind tap due to failed replacement and wasn’t cleaned up by plumber. Downstairs en suite needs replacing, toilet seat paint cracking, sinks-no plugs (found toothbrush head in one). Cockroach problem in one bedroom. Grass not cut before arrival. Problems got response but wouldn’t recommend staying here, too much work: gettingkeys from office 40 min round trip (ok if you have car, we didn’t), working round problems. Air con good tho.

Tired villa in need of a refurb

I mistakenly assumed that the lockbox number I had been given would be at the villa but it wasn’t! It was a 40 minute round trip into Denia. Can’t understand why they make you do that? We hadn’t booked a car so this was a huge inconvenience. The house is in typical style of Spain, but lots of areas are in desperate need of updating or just improving. When I picked up the keys the guy said the tap in kitchen is dripping but someone will repair next day. He came 2 days later but the sink is so old he broke a hole in it trying to change taps. He cleverly installed the tap in front of the hole and said someone will replace the sink in a few days. We were there for 2 weeks and no new sink. The bedrooms were ok and air con very good but one room had a cockroach problem. When I called about it, they came straight away with a can of spray. The pool area was in need of a redo. The grass had not been cut and this too was sorted the day after I asked for it to be cut, but surely this should have been done before we arrived. The oven kept cutting out when we tried to cook and that was very annoying. Overall, this has potential to be a lovely villa if it is updated throughout and the pool area improved by laying a better lawn, painting and replacing the patio. Don’t book without a car and I would not book again unless all of the above was addressed. Find another option.

Buena estancia! Bien por el aire en todas las habitaciones, y las dos neveras, muy buenos los cenadores, mejorar césped, y más productos de limpieza que sean acordes con los días y el número de personas por estancia. Malísimo la cantidad de mosquitos, se echó de menos un enchufe junto al cenador de la piscina para enchufar la luz atrapa mosquitos.

Chalet en muy buenas condiciones.

Chalet en muy buenas condiciones, con suficientes habitaciones y baños para 12 pero poco equipada la cocina y la piscina un poco sucia. Todas las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado. La barbacoa bastante mal diseñada.

Muy justo para 12 pax

La casa es mucho más pequeña de lo que aparenta en las fotos, el sofá está en una sala aparte sin televisión, la nevera es muy pequeña para tanta gente y las habitaciones muy pequeñas y calurosas. La parrilla de la barbacoa no se puede utilizar, puesto que es de otro tamaño. Lo mejor la piscina, bien orientada y bastante grande.
