Beautiful, fully furnished DIRECT OCEANFRONT studio at Dunes Village Resort. Once you enter through a foyer, pass through the kitchen with full-sized appliances and into the oceanfront bedroom that leads to the balcony. Amazing ocean views from the balcony are the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Enjoy the convenience of your own kitchen in the unit featuring a stove, microwave, and full-sized fridge. There is a king bed and 1 sleeper sofa and a table to enjoy meals at. Enjoy an array of amazing onsite amenities including in/outdoor pools, indoor water slides, kiddie pools, lazy river, hot tubs, sauna and fitness room, onsite restaurant/lounge that serves three meals, poolside Tiki bar, and Starbucks Coffee shop.

Had a very nice stay

We had a lot of fun at the beach, pool, and water park. Everything was very close. Only one tolerable complaint, the balcony door was very hard to open.

Amazing

The resort was amazing. The room was as decribed and fit our needs. Only minor issue was with the stove caps, they would not stay in so using the stove was almost impossible.

We will definitely be going back next year!!

Everything from the beginning to the end was absolutely amazing! We had the best time on our little family vacation :) the room was exactly as described with the beach only a short walk away! Even when it rained for two days straight we still had a BLAST at the indoor waterpark! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Great stay

Great beach front balcony view! The water adminities were a huge hit with the kids and provided hours of fun. Comfortable and spacious condo. Only complaint was the shower water pressure left a lot to be desired.

AIR CONDITIONER

Room perfectly fine. Location awesome. THE AIR DOES NOT WORK!!! Called to report. Never heard back after text messaging me. Said she would lmk Something. We would love to stay at this same unit again but only if we knew there was air. We don’t want a refrigerator but we had the thermostat set on 60 and it was anything but cool. We keep our home at 73 so it’s not that we expect the room to be freezing. I was literally sweating in the room at 5 pm in afternoon on a 80 degree day

Great experience

This property is on the third floor. It’s studio tile condo with king size bed, sleeping sofa and kitchenette. We didn’t use elevator because it’s very convenient to walk. It’s great to come here when the weather is cold since it has hot tubs inside and outside, a lot of pools inside and heated outside. It’s nice to walk along the ocean shore. It also has tennis, pool tables and mini golf. Close by grocery stores and a lot of restaurants. It also has restaurant in the building we stood. It was only two of us and for two people it’s good size condo. In general, four people can sleep in it. Overall we had great time.
