Beautiful fully furnished OCEANFRONT 1 Bedroom at Dunes Village Resort. Amazing views of the ocean from the balcony is the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Enjoy the convenience of your own kitchen in the unit featuring a stove, microwave, and full-sized fridge. There is a 2 Queens, 1 Sleeper Sofa and 1 Murphy(fold-down bed), and a table to enjoy meals at. Enjoy an array of amazing onsite amenities including in/outdoor pools, indoor water slides, kiddie pools, lazy river, hot tubs, sauna and fitness room, onsite restaurant/lounge that serves three meals, poolside Tiki bar, and Starbucks Coffee shop.

Nice hotel

We liked the room it was pretty clean but there were a lot of roaches. It had a great view and a really nice water park.

Great Location comfy beds.

Great stay! A few items are dated but overall very clean. Staff was very helpful when we had an issue and it was resolved quickly. The resort overall is perfect for families with kids/teens so much to do and right on the beach. Close to shops and entertainment. We will be back!

Fantastic Condo/Resort

This condo was great, and the view is magnificent!! My husband woke up every morning, made coffee (that was provided in the kitchen), and sat on the balcony until the rest of us woke up. We took advantage of every opportunity to walk the beach and play in the water; and when the temperature dropped outside, we enjoyed the warmth from the indoor waterpark. Our 8yr old couldn't get enough of the kiddie pool and lazy river. Check-in was easy, and the food in the cafe was delish. Since I did not have any complaints upon entering the condo nor during the entire stay, I wasn't in contact with the owners until I informed them when we checked out. We would definitely stay here again.

View was great/ condo dirty and outdated

The view of the condo was great, how ever there was a hole in the wall when we got there, and they have never gotten back with us to resolve the issue and we have tried to contact several times, the first thing when we got there the 5 year old said what the heck there’s a hole in the wall so the communication is not good! Also when we got there it was dirty like they just went through and did the cleaning super fast if any at all. The pools and beach were great tho!

Great hotel, unit could use some updates/cleaning

Pros: The location and all the pools at the resort were great! My kids really enjoyed them. Check in was easy and Julie always responded right away to our texts. Cons: The condo itself could use some updates and a deep clean. There was mold all on the bathroom ceiling, the leather on the bar stools is peeling, door handle on sliding door is very loose. We were also charged $60 for a missing comforter, which was never there. If I hadn’t checked my email, I wouldn’t have know. Julie was quick to respond though and refunded charge with proof of my text to her. Overall, the hotel is great! If it was updated and cleaned, we would consider staying in this unit again.

Great beachfront location but needs major updates

The complex is great and was perfect for our two preschoolers. Between the beach, many pools and park they had plenty to keep them entertained. Our room overlooked the Ocean which we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. The unit itself is very outdated and in need of serious updates. We were so grossed out by the couch that we put an extra sheet over it in order to sit on it. It lacked basic cooking utensils and didn't even supply some of the basics. Our first 24 hours, we had to get 5 new keys (which are needed to access the garage and pool areas) because they didn't work. When Julie reached out to us asking how our first night was and we provided this feedback - we received a generic response from her admin saying "Thank you for the feedback" and then never heard back or helped address the issue.

Just Meh.

This resort is great. I love the pool/bar area and the indoor playscape. I don’t love this rental company though. It’s just ‘okay’ clean, the hyper pre-check in communication (texts & emails) are a bit much and I don’t understand why they ask for a photo of my credit card and ID when I pay through Vrbo. 10 am check out time is silly too (especially when all the other rental companies in this building are 11am).

Dunes Family Fun

The condo was ridiculously clean upon arrival. The check-in process was exactly as detailed in the welcome email. The condo is situated in a perfect spot - at the end of the hall, away from the elevator and busy hallways. The one (very minor) issue was resolved almost immediately. We would definitely rent this condo again!
